The apartment was impeccably clean. I wash my own home was that clean! It was comfortable and very convenient to all the attractions
Really great location close to the Falls as advertised. Recently updated in an older building. They left just enough older accents to make it really fun
Perfect for a romantic weekend
Apt very nice and clean. Has more space than we expected. Everything we needed and more. We walked to town and falls a few times, nice location. Our only complaint was couch is not comfortable at all but we laughed about it and made it work. Great vacation spot.
Property is exactly as descibed and a very nice place to stay. Great that it's within walking distance to the Falls and most attractions.
Extremely clean, however we would of appreciated a bath bar or sticky on bath tub. We are two seniors. Again very pleased with the whole unit.
We really liked this place a lot. It was VERY charming, and decorated well. The bed was comfy, the kitchen well outfitted and the bathroom nice and big with a lovely oversized tub. The location is great. Its very close to all the hustle and bustle of the falls without any of the noise. Nice and quiet. Because we stayed for a week we had two issues. The sofa. Man was it uncomfortable. And by uncomfortable I mean like plywood. If you’re there for a weekend or busy trapsing around Niagara Falls all the time it might not be an issue for you. But I wished we’d have had a nice place to sit at the end of the day. Also the tv is not a smart tv and so tiny we simply watched everything on our laptop instead. As far as our host goes, we found her incredibly responsive, flexible and easy to communicate with. Overall we enjoyed our stay and were very grateful to our host!!!
Thanks for the wonderful stay. We enjoyed our brief visit to Niagara and the place was perfectly located for my wife and I to walk to most places. Only one area to improve would be the couch was quite uncomfortable, but we didn't mind much since we weren't in the apartment much. Thanks again!
Just a short walk to the Falls and nearby attractions, but in a quiet neighborhood not in the middle of all the tourist hustle and bustle. The unit was just as pictured and had all the amenities to make it feel like a home away from home.
This cute little apartment was so convenient for our trip. The kitchen was adequately equipped as we prepared most of our own meals. It was nice to take advantage of the Barbecue. Some paper towels and Kleenex would have been nice to have in the suite. Only drawback is the furniture was less than comfy. Also would add that the railing on the steps off the back balcony seemed unsafe.
Don't let the slightly worn-looking outside deter you: The apartment we stayed in (lower level) was delightful, with a seemingly brand-new kitchen and bathroom. The directions to open the door worked perfectly and we had no access problems during all four days we stayed. The furniture in our unit was a mix of like-new (dining room table and chairs, bed) and more lived-in (living room couch, armchair and rug; sun room chairs). The TV is in the living room, not the bedroom; we didn't try it. The front room is just lovely, with windows on three sides, looking out on the e flower-filled yard of the house across the all-residential street. A variety of coffeetable books are thoughtfully provided. I loved the kitchen -- it seemed brand-new and was immaculate. We used the refrigerator, microwave, stove and coffeemaker (a couple of pots' worth of coffee is provided) and all worked well. The pans, utensils and dishes are all very nice and seem new. The bathroom was also immaculate, with brand-new towels and a good shower/tub. (FYI, the plunger, which we once ended up needing, is kept in a cabinet in the dining room -- took us a while to find it.) The trial-size toiletries are very nice -- I especially liked the tube of moisturizer. The bed and linens were comfortable, and there were lots of electric outlets. We didn't have a car with us, but there's an off-street parking area behind the building-- and our unit had a back door directly to it. The neighborhood is very convenient to the Rainbow Bridge area, just a couple of blocks away. It's about 1.5 miles down the river promenade to the high-rise hotels; most of the other attractions are in between. The neighborhood itself is pleasant, a mix of mostly modest residential houses mixed with some apartments and guest houses that are clearly for rental. There's a great walking/biking path just a block away that goes through the neighborhood and toward the non-tourist town center; there are also several nice playgrounds in neighborhood parks. The only negatives we had: First, the building on the outside looks a bit rickety, probably because of a less-than-great paint job of black paint around the windows; it's kind of dark-looking; some bright flowers would have been more welcoming. I also wasn't told exactly where the building was; it turned out to be farther than we'd been told from the hotel where others in our group were staying. We walked a lot!
It was as if a designer who never lived there. Not comfortable, futon, dining too far from kitchen, i.e had to walk thru hallway and living room to sit down with coffee in the morning. It had limited streaming and small tv. The convenience to locations was nice.
Perfect for 2. Walked everywhere. Tv very small in living room area, couch could be more comfortable. Bed was super comfortable , but fan was broken in bedroom. Pascale was available and very nice. Enjoyed our stay!!
Perfect location - a cozy and quiet place to stay, and just a short, pleasant walk to the Falls and activities; an easy drive from border crossing to apartment, and then to vineyards and other sites of interest along the gorge; very clean and comfortable accommodations.
Apartment was great! Just right for the two of us and located within a short walk of the falls. Great experience!
