THE APARTMENT:
This luxurious ultra large and comfortable 145 sqm (over 1500 sq ft) corner unit apartment has a quiet private covered balcony where you can enjoy the warm sun during your days and as the sun sets, be engulfed in the magnificent colors thatmake up our majestic african sunsets. Then watch as an abundance of bright stars twinkle in the night sky allowing you to relax with your favorite sundowner after a long day.

With beautiful African undertones, in both detail and design, this quiet apartment breathes luxury comfort and relaxation while being in the heart of Cape Town's unique working harbour. It's the ultimate place to be to experience all that Cape Town has on offer.

The Master bedroom has an ultra comfortable King size bed (converts into 2 Single beds - should you need) with two double sliding doors which deliver spectacular light, warmth and fresh air to the room. The main sliding door with step out balcony overlooks the marina and pool, while the other leads onto the main covered balcony for easy access.
There is a private safe in the cupboard for any personal items you wish to lock up as well as plenty of cupboard space. The en-suit bathroom has a separate very spacious shower.

The second north facing bedroom with a king size bed (converts into 2 single beds if needed) also has a large sliding door allowing warmth and sunlight into the room while overlooking the marina waterway. There are very spacious cupboards and the en-suit bathroom has a large bath and shower combination.

Open on 3 sides, the large lounge has an abundance of natural warmth and light with three double sliding doors allowing fresh clean air to permeate the apartment. Each door leading to a different view of the area. There is a large TV with full local and international channels (DSTV). There is FREE high speed WIFI with back up battery for loadshedding in the apartment. We also have an invertor for the TV and charging phones/tablets/laptops.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all main appliances for your convenience. The open-planned dining room which has a wonderfully natural 6 seated rich wooden table facing the main balcony allowing for spectacular views while enjoying your meals. We have a gas portable srove top for making coffee/tea ans cooking should you wish during loadshedding.

There are 4 Communal Pools throughout the entire complex, all of which are open to guests. There is alsoa fully equipped gym located a quick 3-5 minute walk away.
We provide 2 x 24-hour access keys to and from the complex and to your underground parking bay, which has secure but direct access to your building, superbly located about 25 steps away from the apartment front door.

NOTES:
- FREE HIGH SPEED WIFI with battery backup during load shedding.
- Power station to power the TV and charge laptops, tablets and phones during load shedding.
- Basic grocery shopping is on offer before you arrive (Milk, breakfast items, fruits, etc. Please specify what you want before hand, should you require this service - payment in cash on arrival)
- Dry Cleaning services are available @ additional fee

RULES:
1. 4 adults only or family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children)
2. NO smoking in the Apartment, but may smoke on the balcony ONLY.
3. No pets
4. No loud parties or events without permission from host. (Body Corporate rules)
5. Please note all guests will be photographed at registration. This photo will be linked to your access disc for the duration of your stay and once you check out, the photo is deleted from the system automatically.

6. NEW RULE: From 1 July 2021, there will be a R50/guest registration fee payable by credit card by the guest at registration before access disc is provided. (Body Corporate rules, not agent rules) Children below the age of 12 will not be subject to the R50 Registration fee and will not be issued with access cards. Those aged 5 and younger will not be photographed. Those aged 6 - 11 will be photographed in a group with other family members.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES: Cash Only
1. 24 hrs notice is needed for booking a cleaner at additional charge per day.
2. Apartment is full set up with bed linens (sheet, 2 pillows, duvet) 1 x bath towel/guest and 1x swim towel/guest is provided. Additional bedding is available @ additional charge
3. Dry Cleaning services are available @ additional fee at a professional dry cleaner.

Situated in the V & A Waterfront Marina development and within walking distance of both the World class One&Only Hotel and renowned Cape Grace Hotel as well as within Cape Town's working harbor. This apartment offers it's guests security and privacy, yet also easy access to the best of what Cape Town has on offer.
The Victoria & Alfred Waterfront is known as a premier shopping and tourist destination with world class entertainment hotspots. It has an abundance of upmarket shopping which includes 190 specialist stores, numerous museums, 70 diverse restaurants including some world renowned names, local delicatessens and wineries, live theatre, cinema and an Amphitheatre where many performances are held. Robben Island tours originate from here as well. Visit Cape Town's eye ferris wheel with the breathtaking backdrop of our Magnificent Table Mountain. It's innovative fusion of history and modern life has created a multi-purpose dockside environment unlike anything on earth.

Go spend a day out in Somerset West or Stellenbosch at one of the many magnificent wines estates, where you can taste some of the best wines in the world, paired with foods that will tantalize your tastebuds. The Cape Town International Convention Center is minutes away. The Cape's most famous beaches as well as Cape Town's International Airport are only a short drive.

There are local buses and taxes from the V & A Waterfront to help get around Cape Town. Most other Cape Town Tours also originate from the V&A area. You can also rent a car ( remember you have 2 designated parking bays supplied)
The red bus tours start in the V & A Waterfront and a great way to see Cape Town. You are also within walking distance of Cape Town City Centre and the V & A Waterfront.

    When booking in April 2024,we were informed that air conditioning would be installed by 2025. This was one of our criteria. On arrival we were informed that the owner had decided not to go ahead with the project. We were not informed of this until arrival, the agent saying that she thought we would not get another booking at a late date. Poor form, Jessica

    The Marina is an ideal vacation location. It is very central and offers all facilities you need for relaxing. The apartment is spacious and quite. Jessica was an excellent host.

    The apartment had everything we needed to make our family reunion in Cape Town a week to remember. Jessica made sure that our arrivals and departures at the V&A were coordinated with our multiple flights and for that we were most grateful.     We’ve been to Cape Town several times but have never stayed near the V&A Waterfront. It was a great experience. Quickly and safely walked over to the Waterfront for shopping and restaurants several times. Walked to the Gold dining experience just a few blocks away, as well. Highly recommend!

    The rental was absolutely perfect for us. Everything we needed or wanted was within walking distance. Jessica was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The flat was nicely decorated and comfy for us. We would definitely consider booking here again when we need another getaway.
