Stepping through the front door of this exquisite one-bedroom flat, you will find the modern bathroom to the right and directly ahead, there is the cosy master bedroom. To the left, you are led into the heart of the home: a spacious, open-plan living area, a seamless blend of a Lounge, Diner, and Kitchen. This inviting space also features a generous balcony, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding in the evening, overlooking the beautiful Brayford Marina, home to many characterful house boats.

Guests have access to the entire property.

The property is personally inspected and managed by Pass the Keys®, a professional short-let property management company.

Offering a hotel-like experience, Pass the Keys has an industry-leading high cleaning standard. All properties benefit from having hotel-grade linens and all the home comforts you probably expect (like shampoo, soap, hair dryer, iron etc.).

If you do need some assistance before or during your stay, the property manager is local to the property and the guest support team is available 24/7. We look forward to welcoming you!

Parties are strictly prohibited, and a fee of £250 will be imposed if any house rules are violated.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
