Luxurious Renovation 2024|Ocean Front|Indoor Pool

The view was beautiful. I could sit on the bed in the master bedroom and look out on the ocean as if I was looking out a cruise ship window. Great couch in the living room. I gave it only four stars because the kitchen is severely lacking IF your plan is to cook all your meals as we did. If you plan to eat out, then it is not a problem. I felt like it was the difference between a place someone rents out but also stays in versus just rents out. The kitchen is a huge part of why I rent versus going to a hotel.

Everything was perfect! From communication with the owner to the view, I highly recommend! Everything was so convenient and extremely close to a quiet beach.

Lovely and comfortable condo!! Super convenient location right at the beach, 10th floor so it was peaceful, gorgeous view from picture window in main bedroom and from balcony. Furniture was comfortable, kitchen included air fryer, decor was beautiful. The host was wonderful with communication and recommendations. We would absolutely stay here again.

The condo is located a bit far from the boardwalk, but honestly, you’re not missing much by being away from it. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and breakfast spots nearby, so there’s still a lot to do within the area. I actually appreciated the quieter location.One downside was the indoor pool. The listing advertised it as available, but it was closed during our entire stay—and from what we heard, it will be shut down all summer. While I understand this isn’t the owner’s fault, the front office management should have informed the owner so guests could be made aware ahead of time.Inside the condo, everything was brand new and very clean, which I really liked. That said, I felt the price was a little high for the location. The outdoor furniture on the balcony was old and dirty, and the chairs were so low we didn’t end up using them. A thorough cleaning could make a big difference.Overall, I liked the place—it was clean, modern, and in a good area despite being a bit removed from the boardwalk. With a few improvements, it could be even better.

Excellent communication with owner Jason. He was highly responsive and helpful. Condo is very clean, very comfortable beds and living space. Beautiful beach with umbrella rental if needed. Easy walk next door to Azure outdoor cafe for lunch foods/snacks. We enjoyed our long weekend immensely, very easy check-in, great parking, we did not cook any meals. Very hot heat wave but air conditioning was perfect! Clear and simple checkout instructions Thank you Jason, the views were spectacular, we wonderfully enjoyed!

The condo was exactly as described, very clean and well organized. I would definitely stay again. The owner is wonderful to communicate with.

My girlfriends and I spend a long winter weekend in the condo attending a conference located next door. Everything was perfect from before we arrived to the moment we left! Jason was so responsive and answered ll my questions even the silly ones. We had the best weekend and would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely we be back!

Booked a last minute getaway in this newly renovated unit. Loved the view from both the living room and master bedroom. Host was very responsive and helpful. Visited in October so overall scene was pretty chill. Stay was relaxing and cozy.

Gorgeous beach condo with an amazing view. Felt very fresh and clean. Comfortable furniture (you don’t always find that in beach rentals). Great location close to restaurants and shopping. Really a perfect family spot.

Jason’s rental was wonderful. The view from the balcony was beautiful and was in a perfect location, close to restaurants and other fun activities. The rental was very clean and modern. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

The condo was very clean and we appreciated the owners. Although there were some issues, he was great with his response and willingness to address questions or concerns. Very helpful and I would highly recommend your family to stay here. You will not be disappointed.
