Stayed Nov 5, 2024Had a great week in the apartment which is in the perfect location for walking to the many restaurants, bars, shops and marina.Lovely swimming pool. Definitely thinking about returning next year.

Stayed Jul 28, 2024Beautiful modern, clean,very well equipped apartment. Stayed as family of five. Outside seating area is very big and right by pool .pool lovely and clean and added sunbeds to use on the terrace. Beach 5 minutes to walk. To walk to town 10 minutes. Supermarket 10 minutes. Great communication for check in. First time in Denia would highly recommend. minutes

Stayed May 21, 2022It was our 4th time in Dénia, but first time in this appartement. Smooth check-in process (despite flight changes on very short notice), clean and very well-equiped. We felt quite comfortable during the stay. Perfectly located to reach city centre, supermarket and beach in walking distance. We'll be back again next year, Anne!

Stayed Aug 3, 2019What an amazing apartment, furnished to a very high standard. Location good easy walk to town and beach. The pool area was good, with pool being quiet all though it was school holidays. Would love to return some day.

Stayed Mar 26, 2019Property was spotless and very well equipped. Great location less than 10 minutes to the old town. Anne responded very quickly to booking request and subsequent questions. Would not hesitate to recommend this property and would definitely stay there again.

Stayed Jul 2, 2018Anne's flat was just wonderful, and the perfect apartment for our family of 4. Close to the beaches, although a car or bus journey would allow you to explore further, less busy coves etc. A quick walk into town and all the fantastic bars/restaurants etc. The kitchen is well equipped with all that you need for self-catering, and the induction hob is a joy to cook on. Fantastic to have a dishwasher and washing machine also. We stayed for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Would strongly advise trying to head to Denia during one of its terrific fiestas. Be aware of the pool rules, however, which state that noise needs to be kept to a minimum before 10 am and between 3-5pm. The President of the residents association is keen to ensure these are kept to (he is rather officious) Also, remember beach towels.
