Luxurious ground floor studio with a lovely private patio,

The studio was very nice and fresh, including everything we needed in the efficiency kitchen. Sitting on the patio was very relaxing, and a nice view of the mountains. The host is very responsive to questions and did a great job communicating with us.

Just as advertised, cozy and clean, felt just like home. Communication with ownership was easy and timely. Thank you!

It's a beautiful studio... But.. but there was nobody there to check me in.. I try to call them but there were not available to my call.. at 4:00 pm... I rather spend my money somewhere else.. It's a beautiful resort.. So it's better to try to find something else in that resort..

This is a nice little studio apartment in a wonderful community, so you get the privacy of a place of your own combined with the amenities of a resort. Loved the multiple pools and hot tub, the fitness center, and more than a dozen fountains. Having a run in the morning past the rugged foothills that the community is nestled in was great. The kitchenette is small and spare, but I managed to make salads and small bites. For a bigger meal, the well-known La Quinta Resort and Spa is walkable—highly recommend the Adobe Grill (get the Adobe Combinacion and try to decide whether you like the tamal or the chile relleno better; hint: there is no wrong answer).

We really enjoyed staying in this studio. Beautiful area nestled right below the foothills. Melynie was a great host -- when our flight was delayed, she was kind enough to turn on some of the lights for us since it was going to be dark.

It was perfect for a trip. It had everything we needed and more. The host made it simple and easy.

Nice, clean, and comfy studio. As advertised. If you visit when it’s warm and are a light sleeper, the air conditioning unit is super loud so keep that in mind.

The location and grounds are excellent, the unit had all the amenities I needed, the host was excellent in her timely communication, it’s located just steps from the pool/spa area, I would definitely book this unit again.

Beautiful grounds, gorgeous amenities including multiple pools, large workout room, walking path and stunning views. The studio couldn’t be more perfect for a couple. Gracious host, most comfortable bed and clean/classy decor. This is our happy place!

We had a wonderful stay. The property was very clean, quiet, and well stocked with everything we needed. The location was convenient and made getting around easy. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to others.

Great location, nice resort setting, cute place! Cozy bedroom with a small kitchenette, spacious bathroom, separate outdoor seating area. Plenty of street parking. Several pools and hot tubs, clubhouse with a dining bar, 5 min drive to grocery shops. Friendly host, great communication.

Fantastic stay at a super sweet property in La Quinta. The interior is much more updated than the original photos. Very comfortable bed and everything you would need. We were attending a wedding next-door at the La Quinta resort and it was the absolute ideal location for us. I would highly recommend this property.

I love staying at the La Quinta Legacy Villas! The grounds are beautifully landscaped. The views are incredible. And, the ground floor studio villa has everything you need to enjoy your stay in the desert. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is huge. Communicating with the host was easy. My husband & I stayed for 4 days during the BNP Paribas Open, and we plan on booking this place again next year.

We would do it all again. Hope to be back next year.

This studio was perfect for me and my husband. The grounds were lovely. It was a perfect location to what we had planned in the area. Parking was an issue a few times by not being able to park near our apartment. Melynie was extremely responsive. Will definitely book again for next year!

We were in town for a horse show and really enjoy this property. The setting is lovely, it’s convenient to the horse park and local shopping / dining. Super comfortable bed! Would stay again!

We selected this property because it had excellent reviews and beautiful photos of the unit plus grounds. This studio unit and the grounds lived up to expectation. The studio was extremely clean and modern looking. Attention to detail with respect to amenities was great. It was comfortable and quiet. We felt very at home. Communication with the owner was outstanding. We will return.

Clean and quiet during our stay.

This is a very nice studio room with a fireplace and small bar with an under counter frig and coffee maker. The patio is perfect with 4 cushy chairs. We were only there for three days but it was nice to have a place so conveniently located. It also has a huge bathroom. Everything was spotless and Melanie was a very welcoming and helpful hostess. The closer had plenty of hangars too! Yay. A pet peeve of mine. Enjoy

The unit was in a good location within the property. It was quiet and near one of the pools. It was nicely appointed and the bed was comfortable. Also, Melynie was very responsive when we reached out to her. We will stay here again in the future.
