Located just 10 minutes on foot from the Old Course, this luxurious two bedroom/two bathroom apartment is a real treat for anyone visiting St. Andrews. The apartment is on the second floor with balcony views to the North. Two spacious double bedrooms with bedside drawers and fitted mirrored wardrobes. Each bedroom has a wall mounted TV set. The master bedroom comes with a delightful en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has two single beds which you can push together if you wish as the beds are on wheels.



The main living area is bright and comfortable. There is a dining table with four chairs and the kitchen has been equipped to the highest standards; Fridge/Freezer, dishwasher, double oven with microwave, electric hob.

A luxurious four seater sofa, hug chair for two, and footstool complete the living area. Free Wifi and Sky TV including Sports. The apartment is fitted with SONOS and BOSE surround speakers.



The main bathroom is very spacious with a bath and shower over. Gas Central heating is provided meaning immediate hot water at all times. Finally the apartment is complete with a separate laundry room containing Washing machine and separate Dryer, plus adequate storage space for suitcases or other items for your holiday.



West Burn Lane is located just off South Street and the apartment building is adjacent to several University buildings including the new Music School. There is a plethora of great eateries and bars on your doorstep and lots of free parking on Greenside place or Queens Terrcae within 100m of the building. Speedy access to Abbey Street for those going to Kingsbarns, Crail, Anstruther etc.

    Enjoyable stay here. Great location, cosy, everything you would need for a stay away from home. It’s our second stay and would definitely return. Eric was prompt and easy to communicate with. Maybe wd40 the door hinges . But otherwise all was great.

    Well located within a short walk to South, Market, and North Streets. The flat is well-appointed and has ample space for two couples. The second bedroom lavatory/shower is not en suite, and has twin beds. I suggest asking that the twin beds be joined if two couples are renting. Modern fixtures (plumbing, kitchen, etc.). This will be a first choice for future stays to St. Andrews.

    We appreciated the location of the condo as it is walking distance from all restaurants at St-Andrews with easy parking in a quiet area. The view from the living room is beautiful.

    Had a great week flat was very central and lots of coffee shops restaurants and other amenities around. Only downside was the price which was a bit excessive for the size of the flat.

    Nothing even slightly negative to say about this property. Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable bed, centrally located, well equipped, just perfect really. Would definitely recommend and would have given more than 5 starts if it was possible!
