Stayed Sep 25, 2025The property is just as described, new, clean and everything you can need. Very comfortable, I was traveling alone and liked the security with the fob access. Having the restaurant adjacent was very nice and convenient. There is a beautiful nature trail close to the Complex. Very nice and communication with the property manager was very easy.

Stayed Jul 17, 2024The apartment was well stocked and in a nice location outside of downtown Indianapolis, about a 25 min drive. It was easy to access and we received clear instructions from the owner. The only reason there is one star taken off for cleanliness is that the bathroom could’ve been more carefully cleaned to remove strands of hair from previous renters. Otherwise all else was fine, king bed is very comfortable, and towels were plush. There is a sweet balcony where we enjoyed having coffee in the morning.

Stayed Jul 10, 2024We stayed here while visiting Indy for a youth basketball tournament. The complex was nice, great amenities and within a short walk to downtown Fishers and the trail. The condo was well maintained and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We never had difficulty finding a parking spot. Easy access to the highway also. Check in was super easy.
