Welcome to Urban Terrace! Live like a local and enjoy a gorgeous 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment less than one block from North Main St.

Make yourself a great drink at our lovely bar, and then head out to your private balcony, overlooking a tucked away courtyard with mature trees. It truly is an oasis in the middle of downtown.

With a cozy sitting area, full kitchen, dry bar, and two amazing bedroom suites, we are certain that you will enjoy your stay at Urban Terrace!

Urban Terrace is located in the Washington St Condos, directly above Sully's Steamers and Schwab.

Guests are encouraged to park in the Spring St garage nearby (free parking not included) and will enter via a street level elevator. Your pets are welcome to join you as well for a one time fee, to be charged during or requested after booking.

When you reach our condo, you'll be greeted by a beautiful kitchen area with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter-height seating.

To your right is our living room, perfect for watching TV (streaming only, no cable) or catching up with those you love.

Near the door to the balcony is a bar area where you can mix up some great drinks or sit and talk for a while.

On either end of the condo is a bedroom suite.

The suite on the left side includes a Queen bed, love seat, nightstand, dresser, closet space, and a door leading directly to the balcony.

The attached bathroom is also accessible from the hallway and features a tub/shower combo, toilet, and single vanity sink.

The bedroom to the right has a Queen bed with a lovely leather headboard, two nightstands, a dresser, and a door to our balcony.

The attached bathroom features a single vanity, toilet, and glass stall shower.

The balcony is our favorite part of the home, featuring lovely chairs for sitting, well-placed coffee tables, and an amazing, peaceful view.

We can't wait to share it with you!

We tend to allow our guests to keep to themselves, but are always a message away if needed.

You're in the heart of Downtown-- everything it has to offer is a short walk away.

The best of downtown, a grocery store, and restaurants are within walking distance of the condo, but a car is recommended if you'd like to explore the greater Greenville area.
No tampering with WiFi router or smart lock.
Smoking is prohibited and will incur a $250 fine.

    This unit is a great place to stay to enjoy Greenville. The location is just a half block off Main St, but it is not noisy at all. The unit is spacious and comfortable, with comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen if you want to do any cooking in the room. You can walk to any of the downtown attractions easily, including a nearby grocery store if you want to get snacks or food for the room. The parking garage is a half block away and also very convenient. Overall, we were very happy with our rental.

    Wonderful condo, very large, great for 2 couples, right downtown, walk everywhere, parking garage right next door, very secure, had all the basic needs in the kitchen, great balcony (although there was some construction going on down in the court yard while we were there so it was very noisy on the balcony while they were working but in the evenings it was great to sit out there). I would highly recommend, 5 starts for sure!

    Twin brother and I celebrating our birthday in downtown Greenville! What a city this has become, so beautiful, clean and bustling! We had a great time walking everywhere we wanted to go!

    This apartment is a true hidden gem with a safe cozy feel! We loved the balcony sitting area. The location is perfect for enjoying all downtown Greenville has to offer. Parking in Spring Street garage is inexpensive and convenient.
