LUX OASIS w/ private Pool&Garden for 10+2 in Okrug Gornji, Trogir area

12 persons on training trip. When whether was ”bad” it was a bit to tight to be inside. Some small stuff as lamps, water etc was not in top shape, but overall ok.

All in all a nice place to stay. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the outdoor area is nice. However,some dissapointments as well as there are some annoying issues which was not expected based on the luxyry adveritssement: - General lack of maintenanse with several loose fittings in the bathrooms. Shower curtains hanging, WC seat loose, etc. etc. A handy man could have soleved this in a day. - AC in the annex room needs to be emptied for water at least one timd during th night. Went hose was dissconnected (however fixed during the stay). -Outdoor furniture has seen much better days.

We had a lovely week, six adults and four children. It was very well suited for an extended family like ours. Shady and Nice garden area with a Great pool that was a big hit. A positive surprise was the separate little «guest house» in the garden with a separate bed room and bathroom. This was not clear to us from the ad. A layout picture/drawing of the property would have made much more clear how the apartment(s) in fact are. The property is quite private, but definitely not a «villa» as the title implies. The property is all on one floor, and there are other apartments with other vacationers above. The entire garden is private to this property though. The apartment contains two small kitchens, and one living room (we were expecting two, but one of the sofa areas we used as bed room). The location was OK, it seems that to Get a property with pool you will struggle to find one closer to the beach. It was a little further to walk than expected, small children and traffic, but still OK distance to walk. All in all a really good place to stay with a big family.

The host was lovely and welcoming, she helped us with anything we asked. The villa was lovely and the pool and garden were especially nice. there are some other apartments on the floors above this villa, but we did not see much of the other guests. A supermarket and some restaurants are nearby. Great choice for a family vacation!

My family of seven people stayed for one week in the house and had a great time! Plenty of space, clean and nice pool, nice garden where you find enough sun beds for all and also a lounge in the shadow. We used the fireplace for barbecue one evening, which was great! There are plenty of bathrooms in the house, so no need to stand in line in the morning as you will have your own private bathroom at your disposal. The nearest grocery store is a 10 minutes walk from the house, where you also will find an ATM, a bakery and fruits and vegetables. The house also has two kitchens. On the terrace you will find a big table with enough seats for at least 12 people, and it's in the shadow. There are two beaches, one more natural with a small beach bar, and the bigger one with a lot of typical beach. Highly recommended!

Villa is in a very cozy and quiet place. Private pool, a nice little garden and a spacious terrace are exceptional. Villa is fully equipped, and the host was very friendly and helpful. She showed us how everything works and recommended routes to the center and beaches. We celebrated our daughter’s wedding in the villa, and the host came to ask, do we need something for the party, also she gave a nice present. I certainly recommend this villa for a family vacation.

We stayed here for a week with 15 students from Amsterdam. We enjoyed our stay and loved the beautiful garden with swimming pool. The kitchen outside was great. Also the air conditioning made the nights way better. The island is beautiful and it's a 5 minute walk to the beach. One thing that was a bit of a disappointment was that above the house their were a couple of apartments where other guest were staying, so we didn't have as much privacy as we thought we would have. But it wasn't really a problem, only when we wanted to stay in for a drink after 12 pm. They did have their own pool, so we had the garden for ourselves. Another thing is that it's a bit small for 15 people. Some of the beds aren't as comfortable as the rest. I think it's better to stay there with 13 people or less instead of 15. But we made it work, so I bet everyone can. The people that own the house were very polite and we had a great week!

Well maintained property. Very helpful and caring owners. Lovely garden and swiming pool. Walking distance from beach and local shops.

It's a lovely ground floor apartments with swimming pool, stoned BBQ place and immaculate little garden. Walking distance to the Okruk Gornji beach, town centres and restaurants and bars. We spent a great week there and looking forward to come back again.

We just came from our holiday in May in this beautiful villa. It is 6 bedroom villa wish amazing private pool. It is all in nature full of green grass, garden, trees. We had amazing time. I was celebrating my B-day. It was the best B-day ever! Owners were so helpful. Pool is new and villa is renovated. Pool garden and all is only yours! We recommend it.
