Stayed May 31, 2025Property was very clean, well-appointed, and in a location that was safe and convenient to a large number of restaurants, grocery stores, shops, etc. Clean swimming pool was a nice perk. There was a neighboring dog that let out sad yips at night and early morning sometimes, but not much to be done about that in an apartment complex.Property manager was fantastic. Check-in and check-out procedures were very clearly written, and check-out steps weren't overbearing. Their communication was always responsive and helpful. We had an accident with bedding during our stay, and they were very reasonable in how they handled it. Couldn't ask for more.We had a great stay, and would definitely stay again next time we come to Houston.

Stayed May 23, 2025We enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this spot for a home away from home. I forgot to check handicap accessible and we had an elderly person with us and there isn't an elevator to the upper floors. But if you have no limitations for step the spot is amazing.

Stayed May 16, 2025We had a good stay. We came to town for a family graduation and decided to not stay at a hotel. We made the right choice! Two bedrooms, two baths, pool access, fitness center, fully stocked kitchen and washing machine in unit. The parking was hit or miss since we had limited access with other residents being there, but it was not terrible enough to complain. Host is very proactive and helpful. Second bedroom had two beds which was nice for the two kids. Much better than staying at a hotel.. would recommend to anyone! Clean and comfortable .

Stayed Apr 26, 2025One of the best listings I have ever stayed at. It was very clean, directions and instructions were clear. Host was absolutely amazing and was easy to reach during my stay! The neighborhood is nice and quiet with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and more around. 10/10 would definitely stay here again

Stayed Apr 6, 2025We stayed at this property for over a week for a family wedding and it worked wonderfully for us. It was clean, well-outfitted and a convenient location for Katy. TaSheena was very professional, courteous and friendly, helping us with the check-in process and helping me with questions about the local area. We would definitely stay again!!
