This was an awesome location and amazing views. Walk downstairs and you are on the beach in 1 minute with some stunning water color and sand. Worth every penny. The apartment was very large (around 140sqm) and was quite modern with everything we needed. Heating was central and adequate. Everything worked just fine. Very satisfied. Few things I just want to add for next guests: Parking is around 5 min walk. I used Parking Padre on Google maps and it costed me 75 euro for 5 days (32 euro for two days), also called telpark. Key collection place was around 12 min walk from the place and we arrived late at night around 2am. There was a key locker outside the office with a code and I could easily retrieve the key so it's self check in which was convenient for me. Some might find it extra effort but it didn't bother me. It was a nice walk. Only thing that was slight inconvenience for us was the church bells ringing 30meters from the bedroom, waking us up every morning at 10am. That I guess is not in control of the establishment. Also, I think we were there during the Xmas week so it might be only for that week that the church bells rang everyday as I don't remember them ringing on 26th Dec. Some have complained about the beds in the comments but I found them very comfortable. They were firm (not mediumsoft if some perfers that) but they were comfortable. And oh, one more odd thing was the shower in one of the bedrooms has no lock, so anyone can walk in the room while you are taking a shower. So we practically used the other shower during our stay. A simple lock on the bedroom door can fix this problem (just a suggestion)

Location superb. Plenty space. Modern. Minor niggles such as very little day to day housekeeping items eg a small sachet of dish washing up liquid, couldn’t find tea towels. Definitely needs a couple of table lamps for when you just want out the brightness of the sunceiling spotlights.

Modern, clean, spacious apartment with exceptional views across levante , ideal for 2 couples, location perfect , occasional street noise at night , but nothing to worry about, have recommended and will definitely be booking again next year If I had to write anything it would be a couple of loungers on the balcony but enough outside chairs to seat 6 comfortably

Excellent location right above the beach and the sea. The view from the balcony is simply stunning. The apartment is spacious, clean, bright and comfortable to stay in. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, two bathrooms. We really liked it.

Loved the balcony overlooking the beach. Generous sized property, which is well maintained. No toaster. No mirror in small bedroom. Towels were small and thin. Nightclubs in the area can be noisy.

The apartment was nice. However, the key collection is not the best it's too far from the property . When you're finished, you also need to return the keys it's is at least a 20-minute walk

This apartment far exceeded our expectations, with the location, facilities and furnishings. The view is amazing, both day and night, and the location is perfect if you want to be in the heart of the old town. It was far more spacious than we expected and has been completed to a very high standard. We'd highly recommend it for anyone looking for a bit of luxury but still wanting to be close to the action. There's not much that needs to be done to improve the property but a few small things could make it even better. No bath mats are provided in the bathrooms, or small towels to stand on as you leave the shower, and there are quite limited kitchen utensils like an oven tray etc. Neither are big issues but could make the stay even better. There is also some noise from the bars below when guests leave, but this is to be expected given the location. In winter, they only open at weekends and once you have the shutters down on the windows you can't hear it much but something to consider if you are a very light sleeper.
