Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request (subject to availability and may carry a fee).

Building Registration & Fee

All guests must be pre-registered before arrival. A valid ID is required at the front desk upon check-in (hotel-style process).

Please note the building requires a $50 registration fee per person or per couple, payable at check-in.

Visitors / Additional Guests

Guests are welcome to have visitors during the day. However, any visitor staying in the building after 11:00 PM must be registered with the front desk and will be subject to the same $50 registration fee (per person or per couple), in accordance with building policies.

Occupancy

Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight in the unit.

No Parties / Events

Parties, events, or gatherings are strictly not allowed. This is a residential building and we kindly ask you to respect the space and neighbors.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed inside the unit. Please follow building guidelines for any designated areas.

Pets

Pets are not allowed unless previously approved.

Parking

Two parking spaces are available. Please note there is limited clearance and larger SUVs or oversized vehicles may not fit comfortably (see listing details).

Amenities

Guests are welcome to enjoy all building amenities (pool, gym, BBQ, etc.), always following building rules and hours.

Care of the Property

Please treat the apartment as your own. Any damage, excessive cleaning, or missing items may incur additional charges.
