Guest Registration & Approval

✔ Non-refundable application fee: $150 per adult or married couple
✔ First applicant’s fee included in booking; additional $150 charged for second applicant if last names differ (marriage certificate may waive second fee)
✔ Application submitted at least 14 business days before reservation
✔ If not approved, the reservation will be cancelled and deposits refunded.

Security Deposit
