House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. Check-in begins at 15:00, and guests will be informed if early check-in becomes possible; check-out is at 10:00. Quiet hours in the neighborhood are from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00. As in all of Corfu and many areas of Greece, the sewage system is old and cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the bathroom bins. Since the house is located on a pedestrian street, regular vehicle traffic is restricted, though access is permitted for authorized vehicles, permanent residents, and deliveries.
