Situated on a quiet, pedestrian lane location, Lower Seaview is a few metres from the hustle and bustle of the Harbour and has sea glimpses from the living room and main bedroom. All of St Ives' sandy beaches are a short stroll away. This ground and first-floor property, once part of a former fisherman's cottage, has been thoughtfully renovated to a very high standard. Built into the slope, it is fully centrally heated and embraced by its neighbours this property is a comfortable, cosy haven,especially during the winter months.

Ground Floor

Sitting area. A 2-seater settee with two armchairs, a large flat-screen TV and DVD player with a wide selection of DVDs, stereo system with iPod dock, reading lamps, a well-stocked bookcase and games shelves. A pleasant view down Carnglaze Place to the Harbour is seen from here.
Kitchen/dining area. Large wood effect worktop, tiled splash back, electric oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, stainless steel sink and dining table and 4 chairs.

First Floor
Bedroom 1. Lovely view down Carnglaze Place towards The Wharf, Smeatons Pier and Porthminster Beach. Fully carpeted with king-size divan bed, white double wardrobe with storage drawer, chest of drawers, bedside chest, bedroom chair, reading lamps, hair dryer and large wall mirror.
Bedroom 2. Fully carpeted with twin divan beds, white chest of drawers, bedside chest, reading lamp and vanity mirror. Door to steps leading to a small courtyard with a little seating area which catches the afternoon sun. There is a cold tap, hose and hanging area for wetsuits etc. Access to Island Square.
Bathroom. Fully tiled room with shower, WC and wash basin. Fitted storage cabinets and heated towel rail. An illuminated wall mirror with a shaver socket.
