Stayed Aug 30, 2024We are a family of 8. We take a Labor Day trip every year and we throughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious and slept our crew well. Loved that the condo came with chair service on the beach so we didn’t have to carry too many of our own. If I had any complaints, it would only be that the check-in counter was super slow and not very organized to be such a large lobby. If you weren’t renting from the facility, you had to stand in a super long line, In a little corner of the lobby. Other than that, our stay was GREAT!! Will definitely try to stay again with this host!

Stayed Jul 17, 2024My family and I loved our stay at this property. The fact that it is located on the first floor was so incredibly convenient. It was just a short walk to the beach with Walmart right across the street. We had everything we needed right at our fingertips and never had to wait for the elevator which was the biggest win.Our favorite thing about the stay was the multiple pools that we could use. Plenty of little kid friendly areas. -Maddi H

Stayed Jul 11, 2024Overall I will rate our stay 3 ??? Our host was very helpful and quick to respond to our issues. Our AC had issues for our entire stay which made it very uncomfortable to sleep at night. Our washer/dryer unit broke while we were there. Unfortunately we had to go to the landrymat to wa The resort is beautiful!

Stayed Jun 23, 2024We stayed at this property for a week June 23-30! Valeriya at Dolce Vita was a PHENOMENAL host and I would recommend her to everyone, 5 stars TO HER! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was our first time staying at Laketown Wharf and the location, accommodations, pools were all great! I would say 5 stars! Do be aware before booking that the “resort” has LOTS of rules and the property patrollers reminded me of mall cops lol. This aspect wouldn’t keep us from booking again, but the only reason I’m giving the overall rating 4/5 stars and has no reflection of my highest regards of Val or Dolce Vita Getaways. The rules were just something we had to get used to during our stay! (P.S- I think it’s common knowledge now after reading reviews, but do book a low floor if you can because the elevators are, in fact, VERY hard to catch) we were very lucky to have booked a condo on the 1st floor!
