LOW COST !!! Lodging in Old quarter. Elevator, new building, Wifi FREE

Great location and value. It's small but perfect for a single and maybe a couple. Would definitely stay here again. It's so close to everything in Barcelona.

The apartment was clean and conveniently located near the beach, lots of restaurants, and the metro. The host was helpful and responsive. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend Olga's place.

I had a great stay at this studio in Barcelona for 3 months. One of the best things about the apartment was the well-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. The internet was also excellent, with a fast connection of 50mbps. This was important for me because I was working from the apartment during my stay. Olga, the host, was very helpful and responsive to any issues I had with the apartment. In addition to the great amenities in the apartment, the location was excellent. The studio was located right in front of the Barceloneta metro station, making it easy to get around the city. It was also just a 10 minute walk from the beach, which was a great bonus. Overall, I had a very positive experience at this studio and would recommend it to others.

Apartment is ideally situated to walk in Barcelona or to hop on metro for longer distances. The unit has had hard usage and could use some repairs/refreshing. For example, left bedroom window does not close completely and handle will not lock. Ironing board cover is in tatters. Something melted on large stove burner and will not come off rendering it unusable. Nothing is deal killer, just needs some attention. I would rent here again.

I loved my stay at Olga’s apartment. The check in was very smooth and she spent time walking me through the place. She is very responsive every time I contact her. The location of the apartment is unbeatable since it’s very close to almost anything. Will definitely stay here again when I return to Barcelona.

Before I get into the review, I want to express my gratitude to Olga for her kindness and help to my daughter. My daughter was scheduled to stay in the apartment until April 14th but had to leave early to return to the US because of the Coronavirus travel restrictions. Olga was so kind and helpful to her. Even though this was a crazy time for everyone, Olga made sure to communicate with my daughter and to offer any assistance she could in helping her to get home. Olga went above and beyond what anyone would expect and our family is so grateful for all that you did to help our daughter. My daughter lived in this property while studying abroad and it was perfect! The apartment was clean and modern and well-kept. The building is very safe and in a good neighborhood. Olga was so sweet and very helpful. I highly recommend for anyone traveling to Barcelona whether for short term or long term stays.

This was a perfect location for our son and his girlfriend who were in Barcelona for a study abroad experience. They were excited to have such a lovely apartment, so convenient to both school and the beach. Metro right outside. Safe location and nicely furnished. They thoroughly enjoyed their stay!
