The balcony overlooks the botanical gardens and offers a superb view. It's also ideal for having coffee or a drink outside!

The apartment is close to transport and shops (there's a good bakery in the neighborhood).

You'll be able to enjoy good food in the various cafés and restaurants in the city center (10 minutes' walk).
