Lovely Navona Apartment

The best thing about this apartment is the location. However, the furniture is very shabby and the bed/mattress is cheap and uncomfortable. I expected nicer furnishings and a more comfortable bed for the high price, therefore I did not think the apartment was a good value.

I enjoyed staying at this lovely comfortable apartment. It is on a relatively quiet side street with several good restaurants just steps from the front door, and more cafes, restaurants, shops on the nearby lanes. Good location for touring central Rome. The A/C was welcome in the hot summer! Great for a single or couple, or with a child, but the bathroom is through the bedroom so maybe not practical for 3 or 4 adults.

Location was amazing however, HOUSEKEEPING WAS THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED AND NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!

Check in was tough since we had no WiFi and the codes were done online to open outside door once in bld needed key code to open door that was easy they ended up bringing us a key to keep for the week. Was clean but kitchen had ants so keep counters clear on second floor first floor tenants complained of water leaking on them so plumber came 2 days to fix shower Overall place was ok but the location made up for it !

It sounded amazing by the reviews.Pros: 1. Washer/dryer combo. But took about 4 hours for both.2. dishwasher. Needed because the sink is so tiny.3. TVCons:1. Terribly noisy. Was unable to sleep (probably need noise reduction windows), before 3 a.m. and after 6am became of noise level. The Worst in my frequent visits in Rome.2.Not well maintained. Encrusted coffee and tea makers. Dirty oven tray and microwave. Generally not very clean overall.3. Very uncomfortable squishy and noisy bed. Pillows need replacing.4. Furnishings are old, cheep.

Right in the heart of the city but pretty quiet neighborhood. The apartment has plenty of room for a couple and is easy to live in

(1) Despite staying for 16 nights, we were not given either fresh towels or fresh sheets at any point after arrival. (2) They don’t provide keys for the apartment but instead sent a link to the ‘Vickey’ system they use. On most occasions, it took us a long time to connect with the system and get into the apartment. They should have keys available. (3) They use a self check in system so no one is there to show you anything about the apartment. How do you operate the dishwasher? How do you operate the washing machine? I’ve never rented an apartment through any rental service and not had a greeter present upon my arrival (4) The apartment is miserably dirty. Every part of it. Dishes, cutlery, the floor. Awful. (5) There is no place to store one’s clothing. We ended up having to use windowsills and the hearth. We would not recommend this apartment.

Great place and a safe and easy to walk around location! We had to ask a question and we were met with a quick response and a solution. Would recommend. Also the bed is comfortable with two nice smartTVs

The apartment is in the heart it all. Loved it. Building was easy to access but the apartment lock was tricky and positioned awkwardly but we figured it out eventually. Amenities were minimal but we ate out all the time and bought some soap for showers. Would recommend!

Location and Communication A+++! We couldn't have been happier with the location of this rental. Located in Piazza Navona yet tucked away along a quiet side street. We walked everywhere! From start to finish, communication from the rental company was top notch. They were very quick to respond and kind. We appreciated that they arranged airport transfers for us. The rental was just as described in the listing. The pull out sofa seemed bigger than others so my kids were comfortable sharing it. We are small to average sized people and the shower was a bit small, but we managed. The washer/dryer was extremely helpful and one of the main reasons we chose this rental. We appreciated the apartment manuals/suggested ideas and umbrellas for a rainy day we had. The restaurant right outside the door has the friendliest employees who would wave to us each day we walked past and has great food as well. I've already recommended this rental to two others!

Roomy apartment. Super location in the historic center. Convenient to everything. Clean, easy access, felt safe. Property management was so helpful - made everything so easy. We can't wait to return!
