Lovely Lakefront Studio Condo

We really enjoyed our long weekend. It was very clean and the view was spectacular. Lots of things to do in the area. Check in and out was extremely easy. We will definitely be staying here again.

We loved the condo at the lake. It had swimming available, tiki bar, and grills. It had a beautiful deck to sit out on. We will definitely be back! Thanks for the early check in as well

Place was very clean, the view was beautiful! You are right on the water. I felt at home right away.There is do much to do locally. Or just there and enjoy the property. Debbie was wonderful to speak to. Need to look to see when my husband and I can go back.

This was a beautiful little condo, perfect for us with an amazing view. We took advantage of the tiki bar, which I guess no one really uses, but it was great. Very nice people in the area, no complaints whatsoever. I will definitely be trying to rent again for next year, hopefully a little longer of a stay.

The stay started good. Owners were clear about keys, and helped with suggestions for places to eat. It was difficult to figure out what unit we were going to. The entrance had a lot spiderwebs, but overall it was lovely clean inside. The owners made it comfortable we had everything we needed. The people were nice and friendly. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

This studio condo was nicely furnished and had a fantastic screened in balcony overlooking Paugus Bay with pretty sunsets over the water. The community had a small, clean sandy beach with Adirondak chairs and chaise lounges which was nice for getting a little sun and taking a dip in the water. The building itself was an old motel converted to condo units in the 80s. Paugus Bay is a little busy with boats and jet skis, and this side of the bay is packed with other condos, motels amd cottages. But on the positive side it is close to restaurants and attractions.

We really enjoyed our time on the deck either watching the boats or sunset and enjoyed the beach! Would definitely comeback!
