    The condo was nicely decorated and met our needs. I especially appreciated the den off the bedroom as I had zoom meetings and had to work while at Marco Island. The TV's were a little difficult to manipulate, but did figure it out. The TV in the bedroom is a little bigger than a lap top computer, but it met our needs. Someone had mentioned traffic noise, which there definitely is, but not at all a problem for us...we had our tv on most of the time. The bed was super comfortable. Claussen Properties were wonderful for communication purposes and my questions were answered in a timely manner. Lots of storage space...and hangers! I just wish the owner would take down those folding doors in the closet, which would provide an EASY way to get in and out of the closet, instead of knocking into them when coming in and out of the bathroom. I did miss having a washer/dryer in the condo, but other than that everything was provided. They even had a start up kit with detergent, soap, etc. The unit had all the pots and pans needed for us to make breakfast everyday. The unit does face the street, but a palm tree was right outside so it made us think we were on a beach!?! (Also, that is why this unit is less expensive than others) You are on the 5th floor, which we didn't mind at all, and took the steps except the days we moved in and out. Easy to get our steps in for the day! Enjoy!!

    Overall, we enjoyed our stay. But compared to other Angler's Cove units we've stayed in there were a few disappointing maintenance issues that we noticed. The bathroom was nice. The shower seems new and it has a great shower head with good hot water. The kitchen is new and nicely furnished but they need a new coffee maker. We made it work but there were some missing parts. The dishwasher didn't work well. We ran it once but dishes weren't clean. Needed o hand wash from then on. The virticle blinds in front of the lanai were broken with some sections missing. So you could not cloes them completely leaving no privacy for the main living areas. The lanai outer screen had a small tear and there was a large amout of paint peeling from the ceiling. Finally, the carpet areas were not completely vacuumed. There was still noticeable lint and debris. The bed was clean. These were items that could be fixed easily but were not. If they had been better cared for we would reserve this unit again. But we will look for another unit for next year.

    The kitchen was well-supplied with cooking utensils and nice matching glassware and dinnerware. Be aware there is no garbage disposal though. We really liked the tiled shower. Neighbors were friendly. The only downside was, if you like to sit outside as we do, there was a lot of traffic, as others have noted. We would stay there again as it was less expensive than those condos off the street and having a better view.

    Love the pools and Dolphin Tiki. Nicely updated condo. Noise level high with proximity to the road, construction traffic etc

    Property was great. Walking distance to restaurants and Publix. Condo was a described and the den was perfect for working from home. Some things in the unit could use some updating (TVs are 10+ years old, towels were very worn, and bedding/pillows/mattress). The condo complex was awesome - 2 pools, on the inter coastal, and Dolphin Tiki Bar. Communication with the management agency was easy. Would rent again.
