Very clean, well-appointed and excellent location. Perhaps this was an anomaly, but it’s worth noting that I was awoken at 5:39 AM by a loud television (music/talking - sounded like a game show) coming from the space above the main bedroom. Otherwise, everything was great.
Quite and relaxing
Had all the amenities that are needed for a great getaway. Clean, convenient and well appointed. Would definitely stay again!
This is a great place to stay in the Rutland/Killington area. Comfortable bedroom and living room and nice bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Clean, beds were fine, perfect for a family of 4(5 if you put an air mattress in the bigger room)…it did have a dehumidifier running constantly that made some noise, but nothing too crazy…would rent again
Convenient and quiet; well appointed condo
This property is in good proximity to Pico and Killington but the list stops there. Property is bare bones roof over your head and that’s it. Bathroom had a funky smell as well as the whole house. I’m assuming there is an underlying water issue because it smells like mildew. Also there is a noisy dehumidifier that runs constantly. Like I said you get what you pay for.
Nice place for a few people. Seems well maintained. Central to good hiking, disc golf, and just enjoying rural Vermont. No AC so keep that in mind for summer visits.
House was great it was clean and comfortable, I just wished there was AC or a couple fans, it was very warm in the house.. Other than that very pleased
This little unit has potential to be better and I'm sure it will be. Appears that the owners use the upstairs as their personal and friends vacation place although fortunately no one was there during our stay. I suspect that noise from upstairs could be an issue but it was not for us because we had the place to ourselves. Doors to the garage and the upstairs are unlocked which made us uneasy. The Vacasa properties manager for the area Jorge addressed our issues with the TV box not working (after we correctly plugged it in) and provided a new lock on the outside door with a key so that we could lock the doors to the garage and upstairs access which eased our minds. Jorge was very prompt and had a fantastic attitude so for him alone I would recommend this rental. We wanted to watch a DVD on Xmas eve but had to figure out hooking up the DVD player and 4 surround sound speakers. McGyver'ed it best week could with what we had so we should be getting a kickback for that! Downstairs where this unit is, is all newly remodeled and pretty nice. Carpet along the wall in the front bedroom was wet but Jorge thinks it was from the recent rains. Hopefully they figure that out. The single bathroom was a bit of a pain for our group of husband, wife and 2 boys but we knew that going in. Overall I think this would be good for 2 to 4 people and it's close enough to Killington but not too far away.if planning a trip on the slopes like we did.
