The spacious living and dining area spans 40 m2 and opens directly onto a south-facing terrace of 9 m2, offering very beautiful views of the mountains. A separate balcony with a west-facing position is also accessible from the property, providing additional outdoor space to enjoy the surroundings.
The first bedroom is an interior room without a window and is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom features 1 French bed of the same dimensions, 160 cm by 200 cm, and includes a hand-basin as well as a shower and WC, with direct access to the balcony. The third bedroom is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length.
