Stayed Mar 4, 2023We arrived and couldn’t access the unit. The key pad didn’t work. We had to call the management company a couple of times before we could get in. The place was generally clean with the exception of the bathtub which had mold growing in the jets. The bathroom would steam up even with a short shower and if you left the bathroom door open to clear the steam it would set off the smoke detector. There were no pillow cases for the two extra pillows in the closet. There were only a couple of towels for use. The location was great and the parking was very convenient.

Stayed Feb 27, 2023Upon arrival couldn’t access with code. Finally got a hold of management and was given code for key. As I walked in I was amazed by how much it needed an update. Couch no support. Blankets had a bad smell. Jacuzzi tub had mold in water jets. Crumbs filled drawers in kitchen. No where to put clothes that didn’t hang in bedroom. Bedroom brown carpet was so stained I wouldn’t walk barefoot. I have rented in this complex in various apartments for years, never just wanted to turn around and leave. When I shared this with owners I was asked for pictures(that I couldn’t get site to send) Not returning

Stayed Feb 14, 2023We debated about putting in a negative review but felt others should know about the unit. The door lock did not work and after three calls we gained access. Kitchen had the bare necessities. One small tea towel to use. Living room ok. TV good. Balcony small and dirty. The bedroom linens were poor. Carpet was dirty. Two extra pillows in cupboard but no pillow cases. The worse thing was the bathroom. It was really dirty. Bathtub especially. Baseboards dirty, hair on floor. Two towels. Two beach towels. On positive side - mall right across the street. Pool looked nice but too cold to use. Went to do laundry and you had to download an app. We stayed three days only.
