Stayed Apr 9, 2026The 2BR, 1.5 Bath home was well located and accurately described and photographed. Some items have been added from the listing. A bit more furniture for comfortable seating and a small TV (27 inches). The kitchen is really nice and well equipped. Refrigerator is very large.Both bedrooms are nice, pillows are good and bed are comfortable. Towels are provided and nice. Not too much that you need to bring other than food.Property location: As listed, it is very centrally located and the neighborhood is nice and easy to get to most main sites in Louisville. We were going to a volleyball tournament at the KFEC and it was 6 minutes away driving.That said, it is also close to the airport, adjacent to a trucking yard and near a fairly busy street. I sleep well enough so the noise didn't bother me, but it's not a quiet location early in the morning when people are working or airplanes are flying.Overall, this apartment is still an accurately described, well manged 5 star place to stay. I would definitely consider staying again if I return to Louisville. Thank you!

Stayed Jun 15, 2025Immaculate two bedroom apartment in the Germantown/Schnitzleburg area of Louisville. Free parking, big bedrooms, bathroom with a great shower and plus a half bath. The kitchen is amazing with any gadget or device you might need and a good stove, microwave, dish washer. We were there in late June and the apartment’s central air and additional floor air conditioning unit kept things very cold. The host was amazing and very communicative and even stocked the fridge with water bottles and left us cookies and soda. The area has a lot of restaurants and there is a convenience store across the street. It is a great home base.
