IMPORTANT!! BEFORE YOU BOOK, please read the entire listing and confirm to me that you have read it and agree to what you have read. 1) This is a downstairs unit and there will most likely be guests staying in the upstairs unit and you WILL hear them. The upstairs guests in turn, have agreed when they book to be mindful of noise levels but you will hear them. 2) LOOK at the photos and confirm that you know the ceiling in the sleeping loft is low and you will not be able to stand up straight unless you are 5' tall or less. 3) The kitchen is a kitchenette and NOT designed for intricate meal prep. Simple things can be prepared using the microwave and countertop oven. Refrigerator is medium size.
Originally an RV garage transformed into a cozy space with loft area for sleeping. The concrete floor keeps the place cool on hot summer days. Electric crystal rock fireplace and baseboard heaters for heat. There are NO shared spaces with the upstairs guests except the driveway where you will park. You have your own private deck, bbq and firepit behind the loft. Your entrance is on the opposite side of the building from the upstairs guests' entrance. AGAIN, PLEASE CONFIRM that you have read the listing in it's entirety and are aware of the space details listed above. Also, please include an introduction message about yourself and and anyone else included in the reservation.
This space is managed and cared for independently by myself and not run by a large rental management company so I cannot afford to have negative feedback and strive to provide a clean, comfortable and pleasant space. Please book mindfully so that you are not disappointed and then leave a bad review that directly affects the owner. There are many larger cabins in the area and a lodge in Ashford so please make sure that this place will suit your needs before you book. Fortunately 98% of guests love the space but there is that 2% who book without reading the listing and then are upset by something.
The loft is only 5 miles to the Nisqually entrance of Mt Rainier National Park. Through this entrance, you can continue on to Stevens Canyon, Ohanapecosh. White River and Sunrise.

This is a very clean, cozy and beautifully furnished unit close to Mt Raineer. The kitchenette is fully stocked. Plenty of heaters made it nice and warm after our hike.

Excellent well furnished loft with great supplied kitchen. The sleeping cozy warm and quiet. Beats ant lodge in the area. I'll return in the future.

Great spot for visiting rainier paradise region! Had no issues during our stay, but I didn’t realize there’s another unit attached so it was less private than I thought as we did hear the other people kinda a lot through the wall. No problems was just surprised by that. Very cute and comfy loft would stay again!

Perfect little loft and location to Rainier! The loft space has everything you need. There are plenty of heat sources so we were nice and cozy! The town is very small with limited restaurants that do close early!! Make sure you look into that before hiking for the day. Copper creek was sooo delicious.. check them out. Also would suggest making a reservation for the cannibal hot tubs. The host was super quick to respond and very kind. :)

The loft is about 5 feet high, thus you cannot stand up , At the top of the stairs, you must hunch over to approach the bed. The bathroom has no window and is quite dark; if you turn on the light, you will also turn on the loudest exhaust fan ever. Horribly obnoxiously loud. The lock box is very difficult to open. The kitchenette has about one foot of counter , and the plates are bigger than the sink.

Great location to the national park and helpful host communication. We wished the place had been cleaned more thoroughly - many, many cobwebs throughout, along the staircase and kitchen shelving. Please note the bedroom loft has a very low ceiling (5'), and we definitely heard the upstairs footsteps, which were only an issue early on the morning of our departure.

Tidy and clean space. The bed was comfortable! I do wish that there was curtains on the loft window. Excellent host.

There was no mention of an apartment or rental above this unit. The people above this had kids and I could hear the footsteps so I was up at 5:50am when the kids were up and running around. Can hear them talking as well.

Linnie was an amazing host, she is an extremely sweet lady, who was super communicative and welcoming! Her rental was awesome and perfect for 1 or 2 people looking to spend some time on the Paradise side of Mount Rainier! I would give Linnie 6 out of 5 stars if I could. Will definitely be back!

This place is a perfectly appointed tiny home. Well supplied with cutlery, plates, appliances. Bathroom stocked with all needs. The owner describes a low ceiling in the bedroom loft. It is lower than we anticipated but since it is only for sleeping, it works! Easy communication, easy house info and the Mt. Ranier area is amazing!!

Close to the park entry. With it being where it is, there were definitely a lot of spiders.

Perfect spot for a little mountain getaway. Stayed here with my husband for our anniversary trip to Mt. Rainier and it was great. Quiet and calm neighborhood, no problems. Only thing that gave me a little uneasiness was that there’s no curtains for the window by the bed but I got used to it quickly. It was actually nice to wake up all green in the backyard. Just note that if you need complete sadness to sleep, this probably isn’t the place as we woke up with the sun. Overall a great stay. Thank you to the host for sharing this space with us.

My stay was wonderful and the space was very nice for one person. The shower was amazing and the set up very nice and the location was perfect for me. So now for the bad The place was cold all the time grated my stay was in November but I was very cold. The area lost power at least 2 times which is nobody's fault but it lasted more than a 6-8 hours and power was out the whole area so bring back up. The place was was very clean overall but I did notice spider webs all over some of the lights over the sink. The loft bed was very cool but I did notice at being 60 years old it was a little difficult. Bottom line I would stay there again and it was a wonderful place.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this property for two nights over the long weekend. Our goal was to have a base where we can go back to after a long day of hiking at Mount Rainier. It was the perfect location. Amenities was good. I would stay here again.

Loved the coziness and proximity to Mt. Rainier (southwest entrance). The neighborhood had a lot of cute deer which was a pleasant bonus.

Description and communication with host are excellent. The place is very clean. The kitchenette is small but has everything we needed. It’s perfect for two people. Just be aware the bedroom loft is short and you can’t stand straight up. The staircase to the loft has great, wide stairs with a very secure handrail, not like some tiny home lofts. We liked this place a lot! Charming.

Did a small trip with my sister! We’ve been to Ashford before so didn’t need a big place! Great bang for our buck! Got to the park everyday before reservations because it was so close. Do wish it had a TV. But we were fine without it! Would stay again!

Great location near Rainier and a great little loft cabin! The location was well shaded so stayed cool even during a warm summer week, and everything was wonderful for our short stay. Some basic kitchen materials including a toaster and coffee maker came in useful. We would recommend Wildberry for dinner as the Thai-Nepalese food was fantastic - as was the Ukrainian dinner spot nearby!

This was a nice place to crash for a couple of days before attempting Mount Rainier. I could hear the people in the cabin rental next door, talking, walking, and even snoring. So if you are a light sleeper bring good ear plugs.
