The space
Sanitized & furnished impeccably for the vacationer or business traveler.
Door knobs/pulls, switches & all hard surfaces are wiped down with a bleach water solution for your protection.
Queen pillow top bed and a comfortable chase lounge couch make for a relaxed living space.
French doors lead to the outdoor living space, ideal for relaxing evenings or light filled mornings. the bistro table allows for morning coffee or evening meals.
Please note:
No furnishings from the interior of the unit should ever be relocated to the patio area. Not only could the items be damaged, but these furnishings are not protected fabrics & will soil easily.

There are a few towels hanging on hooks next to the patio door to cover the furniture. There are plastic wine glasses & cups in the kitchen cabinet.
The black towels in the bathroom cabinet bottom shelf are the ONLY towels that can be used to clean the patio furniture.
Please inform your host to set up the 2nd bed prior to arrival for the 3rd person.
In this unit, the second bed set up is the couch in the photo, meaning the couch will not be available upon arrival as it will be set up for the 3rd guest. you will find the rear upper couch cushions under the black behind the couch.

Guest access
The building is peaceful & quiet. Please respect the common areas you walk through by not talking loudly & not using your speaker phone.
The front entry to the building is not a place for loud conversations. Standing at the door inside or outside is fine when waiting for a ride & such, but it's not a place to smoke or use your phone other than texting.
The common areas are just peaceful quite places to enter, exit & enjoy.
Please walk down to the sidewalk if you need to use your device out in front of the building. Regardless of what others are doing, you are a guest during your stay.
Other things to note
As part of the booking process, there is a short Q&A.
I give the guest 2 hours to start the Q&A. If the guest has not responded or if there are delays with completing the Q&A, I will then decline the booking to re-open the dates. The guest can re-request those dates once the guest is available to do the Q&A.

*For stays over 7 consecutive days, there will be an additional 12% per day cleaning fee over the base cleaning fee for this listing. The increase is $4.20 per day.
Guests are still expected to tidy up the space & do the dishes prior to departing the unit.
No linen or towel cleaning is required.
