Stayed Apr 5, 2024I'm truly at a loss for words on how to describe our experience with this host. Rude, unprofessional, unorganized, poor communication, etc. 1.The address on VRBO does not match the address of the actual location 2.There are several units that are rented out & little to no clarification on who was to be in what unit. Based on my conversation with our neighbors with whom we ended up mixing up units with, the more expensive unit was in worse condition. They also stated they had never experienced such a rude host. 3.Upon the unit mix-up, the host left our neighbors standing outside waiting for me to arrive and told them 'She sounds like a nice enough lady' 3. There was old food in the fridge 4.There were holes in the wall and water damage on the ceiling. 5.Host asked/demanded we swap units but had no intention of having the units cleaned before we swapped. 6.The number of rude texts and phone calls I received over the course of our stay is ridiculous.
