Located directly on a private beach

We enjoyed our week at this property. The location cannot be beat and property and we would definitely come back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had our annual family vacation at the beach. We stayed at Ocean Air 30A. We had all five units of this splendid facility. Twenty five attended ranging from 84 to four months in age. This was our 22nd year staying at this beautiful place. We think this is the perfect place to vacations. The owners, management and location are absolutely top notch!

The owners were there during our stay and they were incredibly nice! They allowed us to upgrade to a condo with water views. The location was quiet and we had a private beach area that wasn’t crowded at all. We had kayaks, paddle boards, chairs and umbrellas set up daily, everything we needed was there. There were plenty of bikes to use for free. The house next door had construction going on but we barely heard any noise. I would 100% recommend this property and we will definitely be back!!

And upstairs bathroom is only big enough to accommodate someone under 200 pounds. Super super small bathrooms.

The location, size and amenities are perfect for us. The service, concern and care we receive from Seagrove On The Beach is truly outstanding. Could not be better!

Property was under construction however it was not a problem for us. There were only 2 other units occupied at the time, so the private beach was not crowded. Very small unit but clean. Again location was the absolute best! It truly is on the beach! Would love to see the units after they are all updated.

my children and I really enjoyed staying in this property, and especially loved being on the beach. the place was small, yet perfect for our needs.

The property was just like the photos showed. Access to the beach was hard. I'm recovering from a broken hip and didn't realize how many steps it required to get to the beach. There were 27 steps up to the deck and then 26 down to the beach. The kitchen could be better equipped. There were only two small plates in the cabinet. However, once we let the manager know they brought a new set of plates over. Overall it's a great unit. We would rent it again.
