The apartment was in a phenomenal location in the 2nd Arrondissement with access to a plentitude of great eateries, shops, and public transit. The communication from the property management was excellent, and check-in was super easy. The apartment itself is very comfortable. The one comment we have is that the bedrooms are listed as having queen beds, but at least one of the bedrooms has a bed that seems smaller than a queen and made it tight for two of us to sleep in. I am not sure if there is a difference between US and European queen beds, but it is something to be aware of.

A great stay in a convenient location, we walked almost everywhere. We loved having the seating area and the kitchen. A great place for couples with two bedrooms and bathrooms. There is an elevator but you do need to walk the last flight of stairs, which isn't too hard.

The apartment is wonderful. It is totally updated with new kitchen and bathrooms. The baths both have lovely showers, very modern. The fixtures were quality, and each bathroom had a large, well-lit mirror. The bath towels were huge and thick. One bath was quite a bit smaller than the other, but certainly adequate. The beds were comfy and the closets had plenty of hangers. There were plenty of easily accessible electrical outlets and the ac worked extremely well in all rooms. The major drawback was that the elevator was not working during our entire stay -and this apartment is on the 7th floor (elevator only goes to the 6th floor). We had made arrangements in advance to have help carrying our bags up one floor. But this necessitated help for 7 floors and made it such that we did not return at all each day until after dinner. We only stayed 2 nights, but it was inconvenient. Management was very apologetic and understanding of our huge disappointment. It was out of their control. We would highly recommend this apartment - great location, too, and convenient to 2 metro stops and tons of great restaurants. Just pray the elevator is working!

I highly recommend LivinParis properties. This property was great; right over a lovely walking street, full of cafes and shops. Soon after our arrival, we explored this street and returned to it daily. The property is convenient to a metro stop for getting around the city.The property owners and staff were excellent, staying in constant communication and checking in frequently, making sure we were ok and seeing if we needed anything. A lovely, kind gentleman (I am sorry to have forgotten his name, but it began with a T) helped us check in and was very helpful and understanding of our travel delays.Overall a great experience. We recommend highly!

The location was perfect for all of our plans and explorations. A lively neighborhood with everything steps away. Loved the variety of restaurants. Apartment was as listed, beds very comfortable and pull out couch helpful for a weekend guest. Apartment had all that we needed. Staff was so helpful and extremely communicative! Thank you! Enjoyed our time in Paris.

Location is very convenient, metro stop across the street, Rue Monteguriel across the street with shops, bistros, caves, and bakeries. Very well equipped and exactly as advertised.. would love to stay again!

Amazing location, walk out your door and everything you need is steps away. Spacious living, very small bathrooms but it’s Europe. Plenty of Towels and bathroom Amenities. Wonderful rooftop views. Elise and her team were excellent with responding to communications and check in was a breeze. Would highly recommend for 2 couples. Very Quiet from busy street noise but could occasionally hear noise from the adjoining apt. Kitchen was well stocked and since we had a long stay we had additional cleaning services. Nice touch. We would definitely stay with Livin Paris again.

Apartment is fantastic. Couldn’t recommend it enough. Location is amazing. Straight across the road from the Metro making it so easy to visit all the landmarks across Paris. There is a lovely street across from the apartment with cafes and restaurants. Everything is on your doorstep. Very safe area too.

We chose this property for a short vacation in Paris with our two teenagers. The host communicated clearly and promptly, check in and check out was simple, and the property itself was fantastic. Comfortable and well-maintained. The location was perfect for our planned activities. Metro nearby, and plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. Highly recommend.

A clean and comfortable apartment that is centrally located in a great neighborhood. It is close to several metro stations and adjacent to a street full of outdoor restaurants. We had a great stay in Paris.
