Live like in Paradise directly on the Banana River with Pool 150m to the Beach

Very fun & great place to stay! Even when I had technical problems with my app they were awesome! Very cute house, plenty to do to keep the kids busy and parents! Great safe area to let your kids walk to the beach on their own (teens). Can hear people above you but it didn’t bother us! They had a very well stocked house, we forgot so much household items but it worked out! We’ll be back & Thank You!!

Nice place. Right on the water of the banana river as seen in photos. Private dock. And can walk to beach. Nice and affordable.

This is our second time here and it was amazing as expected. The home is in an excellent location and the amenities are exactly what we're looking for. The kayaks and paddle board on the river are the perfect touch for water activities and the short walk to the beach couldn't be easier.

Great place to stay. Quiet, except people upstairs wit a child running around. Clean, well stocked and easy check in. Tv in bedroom not working. Pool clean and outdoor space very relaxing. Could have used instructions for check out, hope everything was left as excepted.

The property is an older home that had plenty of space for my family. The kids were thrilled to have their own rooms and we really enjoyed the pool and the view of the dolphins in the river. Walk to the beach was just a couple of minutes and very easy to cross the road. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Our family Loves this place! This was our 2nd time staying here and everyone always feels right @ home. Beds are super comfortable & kitchen has everything you could possibly need, especially loved the new frig this year!You can not find a more relaxing place.Watching dolphins & stingrays in the river and so many beautiful birds from the gorgeous pool is especially cool!We will be back!

We loved staying at this property! Being right on the Banana River was fantastic! My son fished every day and we loved the beautiful sunsets every evening! We love to surf and the beach access was just across the street! The unit was spacious, clean and well equipped. Our best beach/surf trip yet!

We couldn't have asked for a better location, the place was set up wonderfully for a family, and the hosts were quick at answering any questions. The kids loved the pool.

We had an amazing stay! We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards and the beautiful back yard on the river. The property was nice and close to access the beach, where it was nice and quiet, much less crowded then other areas. The sunsets each night were breathtaking. Would highly recommend!

Nice sized with comfortable beds and sofas. Walking distance to restaurants. Very nice pool and river front pier.

The property had everything we needed, perfect for our short getaway. Walking distance to the beach and it was great sitting out on the deck in the evening looking over the Indian river at sundown. Nice pool and fenced in back yard was perfect for our four legged little guys. Only a couple of things we would suggest, an upgrade to the living area furniture (very uncomfortable)and the shower floor in the primary bathroom has quite a slope and no grab bar and when wet was a little scary making it a fall hazard. The beach house was great. We enjoyed walking along the Atlantic in the morning or kayaking along the Banana River and watching dolphins. We even saw dolphins very close up from the pool. There were enough shady spots in the garden and the pool was always good for cooling off. The house is nice and spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The owner was available at all times and had tips for us. Thank you Regula... we had great, relaxing days in Cocoabeach ☀️!

Is our second time at the property and we enjoyed every second. Pool, fishing, and Kayaking. We had plenty of towels and everything that we needes. The outside could use some Tlc but not big deal.

We spent two nights here after a cruise and loved the location. The backyard and pool (that is shared with other rental properties) were gorgeous and provided us with outdoor living space or just the view we needed as we wound down from a week of cruise ship activity. The location - within a short walk to the Atlantic side of the area gave this area a unique feel. The property inside was clean and spacious. A choice you won't regret.

Such a Fabulous location and what a beautiful home! Relaxing location and Breathtaking Sunsets! Beach is just a quick walk 2 blocks away! Our entire family had a great time. Already planning a return trip!

The house was as described, equipped with plenty of towels and cookware. Grill worked perfectly. We really enjoyed the evening sunset watching for dolphins and manatee, which we saw both several times over 2 days. Unfortunately, previous guest put bait in the freezer and the smell was still there. I won't hold this against the owners but to make guest aware of what not to do. We simply walked across the four lane road to the beach. Beach access was directly across the street from the corner. I highly recommend this rental for a stay before a cruise out of Port Canaveral.
