Little Havana Executive #11 Next To Marlins Stadium

Location was fun for a multicultural experience - lots of different kinds of restaurants within easy walking distance. Had a hard time communicating with the owner. Never received any kind of check out information. There is VERY LITTLE in the kitchen. (A toaster would have been nice.) Don't plan on doing much cooking. And there isn't a couch as shown in the pictures - just a chair.

Great location. They checked on us regularly. It would be great to find a solution to the noisy air conditioner. A better coffee and creamer solution would be great.

It close to were i needed to be and the rooms were spacious, needs better linens to make you feel like getting into bed.

Sheets were not clean, ended up getting a rash throughout the trip. I felt disgusted from the place

I was looking for a hotel while attending a wedding in Miami but could only find expensive rooms. A friend referred me to Vrbo and Miguel's property popped up and I'm so glad I did. I instantly booked my stay. It was the right price located in Little Havana. Upon arrival, Luis the Property Manager greeted me. I found the room beyond expectations. It was clean and cozy with two beds, a bathroom and equipped kitchen. The air quality was perfect for the hot Miami days. In addition, it was so conveniently located next to the stadium in Little Havana. I was able to stroll the streets to explore and then head to South Beach for the wedding. This gem is five star service! I will be back for sure and already miss Luis. Thank you so much!

This is a nice spot if you want to be in Miami but don't wanna in Miami. Less than a 10 minute drive to the airport. So you WILL hear the planes. All day and night. However, if you don't mind bring some earplugs. The hosts were easy to reach and welcoming. Luis was very nice and helpful. Would come back here again.

My husband and I came to Miami for a 5 day getaway to see all Miami has to offer. We chose this place because the proce was fantastic. The location is about a mile from Little Havana but right at the stadium. We rented a car to explore Miami and Louis the property manager was super helpful and kind always checking on us and making sure our car had a parking spot. The place is basic but has everything you need, including coffee and filters, beach towels and sunscreen. Plenty of space. The are felt very safe and we really enjoyed being able to immerse ourselves in the local Cuban culture. We could not of been happier with our choice to stay here. We would love to come back and stay again!

ROACHES IN THE UNIT BEWARE. This stay was challenging from the beginning. First off the communication with the owner Miguel was very poor. He was not responsive and did not reply to most of our issues. We stayed at Miguel's apt 11 for 4 days. We had a late flight into FLL and did not arrive at the residence until close to midnight. Prior to flying out of ohare airport I checked my booking for any updates. I saw that my reservation was confirmed and paid for. What I did not see was instructions of how to access the unit. I assumed it was because I checked it prior to my check in time and it would be updated by the owner. I arrived at FLL at around 9pm. I again checked the listing and saw there was no update on how to access the unit. I saw that there was a phone number to call and I called it. Needless to say this number was not to the owner or any representative of the unit. The lady who answered asked that I send my confirmation number via text and she would send me an access code. I promptly did this and I received no response. It was late so I figured it would come in due time. I arrived in the area at about midnight. The area seemed concerning to say the least. There were bars on every window and strange people walking about. There was no place to park nor were there instructions on how to park (although the listing stated there was parking available). There were strange people milling about and a strange man attempted to get us to follow him. As I walked into the building I saw a doorbell for the apartment manager Louis. I rang the bell and Louis answered. Louis was our only saving grace as he was able to give us access to the apartment for the night. He stated Miguel would be in touch in the morning. Upon entering the property I was immediately concerned. The apartment furniture appeared dated and we'll used. I conducted a check a noticed cracks in the ceiling, mold in the bathroom that had been painted over, roach bait on the walls in the kitchen, crumbs behind the Murphy bed, and a moldy smell in the bedroom. Miguel did send us information as to how to access the unit and the wifi. Miguel was unapologetic for the miscommunication and he rudely stated that check in was not before 3pm for future reference. We were fully prepared to vacate the property in the morning as there were so many red flags. Needless to say you can't find anything last minute in Miami. my wife had a roach run past her head while we were laying in bed.

Great stay for the price! I had to buy dish soap and paper towels, but other than that, everything I needed was provided. I love that there were two full beds separated by a door, as well as a dispenser in the shower for body wash, shampoo. and conditioner. The only downside was that the stovetop took a while to heat the pans for breakfast in the morning. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was perfect for going to a Marlins game! You can also take quick (and cheap) Ubers/Lyfts into downtown and to the beach. Easy check in/out and everything was as expected.

Great value for suite compared to beach properties
