The apartment is a 15-minute walk from the seafront and harbour, ideal for enjoying sunsets, and Porto Vecchio of Sanremo. For self-catering, several supermarkets are within an 8-minute walk. Nearby beaches feature numerous beachside restaurants and bars, just 12-15 minutes on foot. For entertainment, Teatro Ariston Sanremo, Pat Academy Sanremo, Auditorium Franco Alfano, Casino di Sanremo and Cinema Teatro Central Jabarin are all within 8-12 minutes. Guests can also go fishing at Amici Fishing, a 15-minute walk away.
