My home is located 7 blocks from popular Mizner Park, 1.9 miles from the beach and 1 mile from FAU. It's been divided into 2 Airbnbs that include this studio and 'Bright & Light Modern Beachy Home'.
Each have their own parking space and the studio has a private patio so you can enjoy both the interior and exterior. The other unit has access to the rest of the yard.
The studio was originally decorated for me when I was traveling there for work on a monthly basis so no money

Stayed Apr 30, 2021Great little spot off the beaten path in Boca Raton. Close to everything including the beach shopping restaurants. It's very quiet and comfortable.

Stayed Mar 24, 2026Location and place was great. But didn't know there was a joining door, so please be careful , you could hear cleaning of dishes , garbage disposal and a phone conversation from that door. Plus we have stayed a several vrbos and have taken our dog and never heard a complaint but we did here. So if you take your dog please make sure it doesn't bark when it hears a noise that its not sure about. Take a radio so you can block out the noise for your dog. Because you will be notified about your dog barking. Everytime we stopped in to check on our dog never heard a bark. Until we opened the door. Thank you Karen,Yolanda and Coco(the barking dog)

Stayed Oct 9, 2025Our daughter goes to FAU and this property was in a perfect location! The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star was I didn't like the 10am checkout time. Most are 11am which is nice. You are also expected to wash your dishes and your only option is the bathroom sink, which is small and kind of a pain. Outside of those two items we really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed May 21, 2025Great room for one or two people. In for a graduation and it was perfect. Super comfortable bed, clean and quiet. Private parking pad was convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed Feb 26, 2025This studio apartment is everything you see on the listing and more! It was my landing place between seeing friends and going to activities. This was a “unwinding” trip for me…two weeks. As I relaxed away from the crazy, hectic life at home in Boston, I found the apartment very comfy to just rest.Aleta and Aron were incredibly responsive to any questions I had.I highly recommend “A Cozy Getaway”!

Stayed Nov 29, 2023This property was cute and convenient. We brought our bikes and we rode a few blocks to the downtown area, shopping and Mizner Park, which was all decorated for Christmas. We also rode to the beach which was only 1.9 miles down the rode!
