L'Idylle Nice apartment for a family with walking distance to the city center. ? The location is great. Walking distance from the city center. The property is exactly as described. It was very easy to arrange the time to collect the keys. ? It was very hot inside the apartment and no air conditioning.

L'Idylle Like a sweet home, you feel comfortable in few second ! ? Very clean, well refurbished and decorated, spacious. Bed is really comfortable. Free parking spot into the building. ? Located right next to a round about : a bit noisy during the rush hour.

L'Idylle Nearly perfect place to stay for a few days in Nantes for leisure or for a conference. ? The location is great: Congress Centre, railway station, old town all are in easy walking distance. We have got clear instructions on where to drive in, and met the host (Florence) at the garage gate. She has clearly explained (in good English) how and where to park the car, showed the apartment, how to use what in the kitchen, etc. This was a concise and pleasant conversation. Wifi was also good. ? Some kitchen utensils could be replaced by newer ones, sometimes smell/weak ventilation in the WC room. The owners should start slowly thinking about refreshing the apartment. The place in the garage is not easy to drive out. The lift in the building did not work all weekdays (except that it fortunately worked when we arrived).

L'Idylle Comfortable, good location, garage available. ? The apartment is on the 4th stage of a building near the roundabout Quai de Malakoff/Pont de Tibilissi. There's a small kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, a room and, in the French style, the WC and the shower in separate pieces. There's a parking place in the building, enough for an average car (a big SUV owner might have a hard time parking there). Surprisingly silent, despite being near the Railway Station. In a 20 minutes walk you can get to Duchess Ann Castle, crossing a bridge over the rails, or the the Botanical Garden, crossing the station itself. Bus stop by the door, and public transport is free in the weekend.

L'Idylle A great apartment for short or long stays. It had all the amenities we needed and really convenient and secure parking. Spacious and modern, and in a great location by the river, but only a short walk into the city centre.

L'Idylle Beautiful, clean, and comfortable apartment in a great location. ? The apartment is in a very convenient location being a five minute walk from the train station and 15 minutes to get into the center of Nantes. There is a supermarket within walking distance and a number of restaurants. The apartment is very clean, spacious and comfortable. It’s decorated tastefully. There is a parking garage with a space for a car but we used it for our bicycles. The kitchen has adequate utensils to be able to cook. We loved the place and would return. ? Nothing really to say that is negative. The kitchen bin lid is broken and kept falling off. There was a nasty strong vinegar smell in the lift sometimes, not always. That’s it. It’s a lovely place to stay.

L'Idylle The Apartment is literally 5 minutes walk away from the train station where you can get any train to major cities. It's very cosy with a chic french decor famous for its simplicity. It has a very nice view from the balcony. Safe entry and locking system into the building. Calm area. Very clean apartment. Fresh towels. Cleaning supplies ready. Iron ready. Coffee maker. Drinking glasses. Fridge. sofa. desk and chair. dining table and chairs. spacious wardrobe with sliding doors. i wish i could buy this apartment. if you staying in Nantes, book it. you will not regret your stay.

L'Idylle We had a great time based in this apartment, easy to find our way around Nantes. ? Very comfortable after a big day of doing tourist activities, very close to station for arrival and departure. The folder was useful and the tourist booklets and maps were very helpful. ? The shower holder needs replacing and no cord for fan in bathroom, would’ve been great to have some information on washing machine in the folder as well as a map showing closest supermarkets.
