Stayed Jan 4, 2026The first condo didn’t have AC that was working. I contacted the owner and they put us in another unit. That unit was dirty. All the linens looked like they came from a thrift store. There were 2 bugs (cockroaches) but I was told they were palmetto bugs… I don’t know for sure. Then the last straw was when we were locked inside our condo. My husband had to crawl out the window and luckily he opened the door with the key. The lock was broken. I tried getting in touch with the owner and and she didn’t respond until several hours later. When we left we had to leave the condo unlocked. The second day when I asked if it would be repaired I didn’t get a call back until after I called VRBO and told them I was canceling this stay. We ended up getting a full refund but that took 2 days out of our vacation. Upon leaving we had to put all our belongings through the window because the door didn’t open at all.

Stayed Apr 26, 2025The condo was clean and in good condition. Location to Lido Beach was the best and you could just walk there. Also easy to walk to St Armands Key for dining and shopping.

Stayed Apr 20, 2024This price for 2 bed/2 bath is fantastic. Short walk to Lido Beach pool ($2/day) and beach where you can catch the Bayside Trolley. No car rental needed! Also Lido Beach Resort with bar and restaurants a 5 min walk. Split floorplan with very comfortable beds. Upgraded bathrooms. Shared free laundry behind building. Huge TV. Pot or cup Keurig. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella provided!!
