Stayed May 10, 2025We were met by Property Mgr personally, which was a great start. Apartment appeared as listed, and it was in a very good location. The kitchen was well equipped for dining in. The only negative was the couch, which was covered in a moving blanket, although it was in good condition. I would still recommend this apartment highly.

Stayed Apr 26, 2025We enjoyed a very local style stay at the apartment. The a/c worked great and the alley is relatively quiet at night. The back patio was fun to sit on and enjoy a glass of wine. Everything we wanted to do was an easy walk from the area.

Stayed Apr 13, 2025Monica was an excellent hostess (super kind and helpful) and the apartment was beautiful, spacious, clean and in an excellent location. Check-in was easy! We were away from the intense crowds on the other side of the Arno, but a very short walk to the center and anywhere else we wished to explore. Apartment was in a great neighborhood with excellent restaurants. We would highly recommend Monica's apartment and will definitely return! Thanks for making our stay so wonderful!

Stayed Jun 9, 2024Super cute 2 BR/2BA apartment with balcony. We felt like locals in a hip neighbourhood that tourists are just discovering. Lots of restaurants, bars, gelateria and a supermarket around the corner. The owners were very accommodating and were ready for us earlier than normal.It is well furnished and spacious enough for 4+ people, if you use the chair beds. The owners easily communicated in advance of our arrival. I would definitely return and recommend to others.

Stayed Nov 7, 2023Very happy with this short 4 day stay. Owner accommodated an early check in which was greatly appreciated. Good communication. Apartment was just like it looked in the VRBO pictures….freshly renovated and very delightful. Always a plus to get two full bathrooms! Loved the location for meandering all over Florence. Tons of good restaurants

Stayed Mar 26, 2023This apartment has it all ….location, comfort and communication! It is an easy (less than 10-20 min) walk to all the great spots in Florence, AND it is on a very quiet street, very quiet at night. Spacious and comfortable inside and we loved the balcony patio. Monica is a fantastic host, easy check in and check out and she had great tips for restaurants and getting around Florence. We would definitely stay here again !
