Newly renovated and converted into two luxury apartments for maximum flexibility,Lou and Lewie’s caters to large families or small groups.

Enjoy views of the bush with the sound of waves filtering through, meters from the beach and just minutes from the mainstreet.

Lewie’s is located on the ground floor of the beach house and features a fully equippedkitchen withbreakfast barplus living space which opens onto the BBQ and outdoor dining area and enclosed garden. Please note there is no indoor dining table, just the breakfast bar and then outdoor dining 2 meters from the living area.

Large sliding doors in the Master bedroom give beautiful views to the garden. The Middle bedroom and Twin bedroom with smart TV plus two bathrooms ensures this self-contained space provides everything you need.

Every bedroom has deluxe hotel grade beds, pillows and sheets ensuring you get a great night’s sleep.
Sleeping 6 people in 3 bedrooms, you can either have a King or 2 split Singles in the Master and Middle bedroom affording fully flexible sleeping arrangements.

    Wonderful few days at Lewies. We were in Sawtell for an extended family celebration. Lewies is perfectly located for a swim & beach walk. Great cafes only a short walk away. Wonderfully appointed, lots of little extras. Easy communication with owners. Hopefully we will be back soon!

    Top location in all respects and quality throughout, but this property stands apart because of the unusually thoughtful design. Not a cookie cutter development but a personal attempt at a specific ambience. We'll be back.

    2 night stay with my family. Made easy with comfortable furnishings and smart tv options. Outdoor shower really came in handy. Really quiet and super close to the beach.
