As far as location goes this apartment has everything. Right in the centre of Chamonix it is a mere 3 minutes walk from Place Balmat, and yet it is also a peaceful spot with stunning views across the River Arve towards Mont Blanc. Being on the ground floor it also has a garden beside the river - what more could you ask!



The accommodation includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a smart kitchen and dining area plus a lovely living room overlooking the garden and river. For the musical amongst you there is also a piano! The bedrooms comprise a double room, a twin room and a room with bunk beds - so ideal for a group of friends or a family of up to six. There is also secure parking available for one car. Here you will also find a ski locker.



Please note that due to our licensing and insurance arrangements only our trained staff may work at the chalet.

    A lovely apartment in a very central location next to the river and a short walk from the centre. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. A great view of Le Bossons glacier and all the paracenders flying from Le Brevent.

    Wonderful apartment, perfect for exploring Chamonix and the wider area. Instructions on how to access the turning to get to the property. When we first arrived, we obeyed the no entry sign on the road underneath the railway line but after having driven round the whole of Chamonix town centre we realised this was the only possible way in. It’s not until you go through the underpass that you realise the restrictions only apply to vehicles wishing to go further down the road. This was not very clear in our instructions.

    We really enjoyed our stay here- it was the perfect size for our family and the location was unbeatable! Close walk to lots of restaurants and beautiful views on the terrace outside. Marie was incredibly helpful- would highly recommend staying here!

    My family of 6 (2 adults and 4 children ages 9-15) stayed in Les Terressas for 5 nights around Christmas. The host was easy to communicate with and they arranged an early check-in for us. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The location is perfect - right in the heart of town - making it easy to walk to everything. The host even provided a small, live Christmas tree and ornaments for us to decorate it with. We would return to this cozy apartment.
