Stayed May 28, 2022An excellent location and perfect for children right on the beach. We enjoyed our stay, cycling and exploring the local area. The apartment was clean and well equipped. We were lucky with the weather so the children loved swimming, playing in the sand and watching the many paddle boarders and windsurfers, right from the little terrace/ garden. Perfect outdoor space for eating and relaxing. Very good communication with the owner in advance , worth noting that his mother ( who lives upstairs) checked us in and that tested my husband’s French somewhat! A wonderful stay and perfect for our week.

Stayed Jun 29, 2019We (2 adults, 3 children) had perfect weeks in a perfect house. The House has a very good size and the furnishing and equipment is high quality and very tasteful. The location is absoltely stunning with sea view from kitchen, living room and one of the bedrooms. It truly was one of the best holidays ever!

Stayed Jun 22, 2019Rented lots of villas / apartments over the years and this was the best. Yannic ( owner ) and his parents ( live upstairs ) were great hosts and very helpful and friendly. Can’t beat the location of this property and the standard of accommodation. Only thing that would be useful is if the security deposit could be paid in sterling as quite a pain to do and the loss because of having to exchange to Euros then exchange back to sterling.

Stayed May 11, 2019We have just returned from a weeks stay in Yannic’s property and can’t rate it highly enough. We were met by Yannic who explained all the workings of the apartment which was very modern clean & beautifully furnished. The wow factor is it’s location right on the beach of a beautiful bay. My husband who is disabled by a stroke thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the activities in the bay as there is a sailing school in Fouesnant which went out daily. I made use of the GR 34 walking path which was right on the doorstep. Fouesnant itself was a lovely village with all the facilities you require plus we went out to the surrounding area visiting the historic towns of Quimper & Concarneau . A must is the boat cruise from Bénodet up the river O’Det to Quimper. A very scenic river with amazing Chateaux ‘s to view on the banks. A very relaxing & peaceful holiday which we hope to repeat next year.
