The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming, refurbished sutdio with mountain views, 50 meters from the ski resorts within walking distance, for rent in Villarembert. It measures 28 m² and can accommodate up to 5 travelers. Located on the 18th floor (with elevator), it comprises a pretty living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette and a shower room.

The apartment is composed as follows:
- 15 m² living room with double sofa bed, dining area, TV
- A fully-equippedkitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, etc.
- A dormitory area with a bunk bed and a pull-out bed (sleeps 3)
- A bathroom with shower and WC

Outside :
- A 3 m² balcony with chairs to enjoy the sunny days.

The studio is ideally located in Villarembert, in a peaceful and very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Activities:

    The decor is modern and tasteful, cosy and warm. The sun shines straight in from 10am - 5pm so a nice sun trap. (February) Plenty of useful kitchen equipment although my only gripe is the sieve was completely rusty and therefore couldn’t use. Providing plastic chopping boards for raw meat would also be more hygienic. It would be useful for the appliance instructions to be available ie dishwasher, extractor fan (which wasn’t working) so guests can use correctly and with ease. Please understand there is NO washing machine in the apartment albeit one was advertised in the description. Also the apartment is located on the 18th floor not the 8th as I was informed. Another useful point would also be to have an additional set of keys for the room/locker. Other than these points, it was nice and easy to check in with the key box on the door, the apartment is in a perfect location, laid out well, lovely modern bathroom and lovely and clean throughout. Thanks for a great stay.
