The cottage is located on the second floor of a building without an elevator and consists of:

a kitchen equipped with ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine, dishes and kitchen equipment

This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and any other smoking devices is prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.



Household linen and the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.



However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and do the tidying up. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order an additional complete cleaning of the apartment for 30 In the absence of prior booking of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, cleaning fees of 60 will be charged to you.
