Cocoonr offers you this charming 110 m² flat with wifi, which can accommodate up to 4 people, to rent in Rennes. Located on the 12th floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 110 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (30 nights minimum).

The accommodation comprises
- A 110 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Two bedrooms with 2 queen-size beds (160×200)
- Two bathrooms with shower and bath
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A balcony to enjoy the warm weather

The flat is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's garage.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Gare de Rennes (1.2km)
- Nearest airport: Saint Jacques de la lande (7km)
