Located on the first floor, it comprises
- A 16 m² living room with TV, pull-out bed (sleeps 2) and dining area.
- An open-plan kitchenette, equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC

Outside area :
-A 9 m² balcony with views over the valley, and furniture to enjoy the fine weather

Free access to the residence's communal areas:
- Heated outdoor swimming pool, open from 18 December to 15 April, and from 2 July to 27 August, except on Saturdays. OUTSIDE THESE DATES, THE POOL IS CLOSED (opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change).
- Fitness area.

The flat is ideally located in Villarembert, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- A wide range of activities are available: downhill skiing, hiking, snowpark, paragliding or microlight flights, toboggan runs, dog-led sleigh rides, visits to famous mountain passes (Croix de fer, Glandon, Iseran, Mont cenis)...
- Sports activities: bike park with sledges and scooters for 3-12 year olds / 7.4 km track for electric bikes, zip line, trampoline, paragliding...
- Numerous ESF activities, musical welcome drink, HARIBO sledge race, human curling, visit to a farm 300 metres away, visit to a confectionery 200 metres away, visit to the snail farm 15 minutes away by car, torchlight descent.
- This resort has had the Family Plus label since 2006, with activities for all ages.

Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the flat.

- The resort is open from mid-December to mid-April and from early July to late August. Outside these periods, the resort and its shops are completely closed. These dates are non-contractual and are subject to adjustment by Le Corbier resort.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
