Stayed Dec 17, 2025The booking system through Expedia was terrible. I believe it’s an associated website of Abritel and it appears the owner of the properties instructions didn’t carry over to Expedia. We subsequently had very little instruction as to get access to the property. Weather this was the fault of the owner or not, once the owner was made aware of this they weren’t very understanding or helpful. They kept telling me instructions were ‘emailed’ when I hadn’t received anything. They didn’t take any accountability or apologise for any inconvenience, and their communication was in my opinion immature. The room had a few issues, it had dust built up in places, the light from appliances at night was very bright (I had to go and switch everything off at the power socket), the kettle was disgusting, the doors had dirt from people’s hands and the fold out bed for our 4 year old collapsed under barely any weight and we had to sit the mattress on the floor. It has a good location for the town centre and Christmas market, and would probably suit someone for a night, but overall I wouldn’t stay there again.

Stayed Sep 21, 2025We liked the fact that although it’s a studio, it is very spacious ( our luggages were not in the way). We also liked very much the location: 10 min walk to the center of the city, yet lots of things to do right around the corner. The large balcony and the private parking are big pluses. The hosts were super accommodating and responsive. All in all, we would come back gladly

Stayed Dec 4, 2024Very easy to get to Christmas market from this flat. Laura and Antoine provided easy instructions and pictures to access the flat. There was a tram very close making it easy to get around. Highly recommend to others.

Stayed Dec 8, 2025Wonderful communication from booking to check in from the host, Laura. Instructions for accessing the apartment and parking were clear and easy to follow. It was great to have a place close to the city center as we were visiting the Christmas markets (about a 15 minute walk) that also had parking for our car and a washer to do some laundry since we’d been traveling for about 10 days. There were plenty of restaurants and wonderful bakeries on the walk and we loved trying many of them. I highly recommend if you want a quiet neighborhood where you can safely park a car and get a good nights sleep while exploring Strasbourg.

Stayed Aug 26, 2025We loved our brief stay at Antoine and Laura’s apartment. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Lots of thoughtful touches - Antoine & Laura clearly have put some effort into the apartment. 25 minute walk to the old town; secure parking; lovely little balcony; good patisserie/bakery five minutes walk away; quiet residential area but restaurants and shopping centre just 5-10 minutes on foot. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the apartment and would certainly stay here again.

Stayed Apr 6, 2024This is a pleasant, quiet, bedsit apartment on the third or fourth floor of a modern high rise block, in a quiet street just outside central Strasbourg, with excellent (inexpensive) tram links into the heart of the city a short stroll away. The check-in instructions were clear and worked smoothly. The availability of secure off-street car parking was a great advantage, and the balcony of the flat overlooks the rear of the property, enabling us to keep an eye on our vehicle, while enjoying a view across the small gardens and apartments on the other side of the small car park. The kitchenette is compact but perfectly adequate for a short stay, and for cups of tea, and snack meals. The coffee machine was impressive and tempting, but there were no English instructions, so we didn’t risk trying to use it. The bathroom facilities including shower were good. The host’s liaison was excellent, and their conscientiousness and help in returning a forgotten jacket was much appreciated. We couldn’t get the tv to work on streaming services, but the wifi was fine. The decor and design in the apartment is fun, and we enjoyed having a wine and cheese supper on the balcony in the evening, a valuable bonus. An authentic modern French experience.
