Le Roosevelt, renovated 100m2 apartment in the 6th arrondissement

This is an excellent properly located at an affluent neighborhood of Lyon. The apartment is very large for a family of 6, with very spacious bedrooms, living room and kitchen areas. The apartment has been recently renovated, the beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is modern, the kitchen appliances are brand new. The overall property is very clean, and the communication with Pascal was excellent, from our reception until our check out. Highly recommend this location and I would certainly return.

This apartment is incredible! First of all, it is in the 6th arrondissement, which is very convenient for getting to any major attraction in the city and close to the metro for getting to the train or tram stations. It is a large apartment and we enjoyed the luxury of it as well as the comfort it afforded us. The apartment is very comfortable, very well appointed and very clean. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. The beds are both very comfortable. The kitchen is perfect - coffee maker (expresso and American), tea pot, stove and cook top, full size fridge, dish washer, washer and dryer! They also had a roaster and microwave. You can see that the hosts have put a lot of thought into making sure their guests would feel comfortable and right at home. Pascal, the concierge, welcomed us when we arrived and went over all the workings of the apartment with us. He also gave us suggestions for restaurants, his favorite local sites and and the open air market where we could get the favorite cheese Äbondance. And he carried our bags up the stairs when we checked in and down the stairs when we checked out! Martime also was very attentive to our needs and was very responsive and helpful from the time we booked the apartment until we left. She even allowed us to check out late, given our connecting train did not leave Lyon until 1400.I highly recommend this apartment if you are staying in Lyon. We will definitely be reserving it for our next trip to the city!

Absolutely stellar property! Beautiful home, lovely family oriented neighborhood, between two metro stations plus a bus stop just around the corner, numerous grocery stores within a couple of blocks or less. Kitchen is charming and has every appliance you could want, and a separate dryer in addition to the washing machine. Very close to the Parc Tete D’ Or and only a short walk to the Rhone. The property concierge is excellent, very responsive. I can’t say enough good things about this property. Highly recommend!

Superb accommodations in an excellent, central location. Elegant without being pretentious. Magnificent kitchen, fully equipped with everything you might ever need plus high-end appliances. Very comfortable beds and luxury shower. Close walk to Park de la Tete l'Or -- fantastic park, gardens and outdoor zoo! Pascal was an excellent communicator and a very kind gentleman, greeting us upon arrival and seeing us off at the end of our stay. I highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Lyon!

This apartment is spacious, light and quiet. The details of the architecture and fireplaces give it a lot of character. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked.The location could not have been better on the first weekend of spring! It was easy to walk to the Parc de la Tête d'Or, which is beautiful. It's also close to the river and we loved running along the river path. This was a wonderful weekend in a city that feels like mini-Paris. The bakery next door had the best chocolate croissants I've ever had, and everything about the VRBO experience was smooth and easy.
