Stayed Jan 1, 1We had a great time in the apartment during late August. It has great space, a lovely balcony to sit in the sun and look at the wonderful view of Mont Blanc. Very central with relatively easy parking close by. (albeit not right on the premises). Chamonix All Year were excellent to deal with. Their description of the apartment and instructions for access were perfect. We could not have been happier with our accommodation in Chamonix.

Stayed Jan 1, 1We were a group of four, and found this apartment very spacious..especially living/kitchen/dining area. Location excellent for shops, eating out, ski hire and buses. Very well equipped, clean and well maintained. Fifth apartment booked through Chamonix all Year, never a problem.

Stayed Jan 1, 1In that order were the points this flat was appreciated the most: Location: close to Savoy ski school drop off & pick up very near Super U and car park and yet very quiet place Size (family of 4) and 2 separate toilettes. Otherwise: Flat is not too well maintained with doors scratching the floor and squeaky handles which is a pity, especially in the evening/night as you can imagine.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The location is great being a short walk both from the Plan Praz draglift leading to the Gondola, and to the town centre restaurants and bars. The apartment is very comfortable and well supplied with necessaries, if a little dated. The TV options were not available as per the brochure, and we could only access French terrestrial TV, but internet service was excellent.

Stayed Feb 18, 2023The apartment is at a great location. It is very close to a main bus line and at the top of the pedestrian part of the city. The balcony has an incredible view of the mountains with the main church steeple in the foreground. We did not have any noise issues with the club across the street but we did stay in winter when the windows were closed. The layout of the apartment is very efficient but on the small side. There is not much room to unpack. dressers in the closets would be a nice addition. I expect that tradeoff with the excellent location. The kitchen had everything we needed and the washer/dryer worked well. The finishes in the building and apartment are not the highest quality. Again, this is not billed as high luxury. You rent this place for the location. I was disappointed in the check in process. The company that owns the apartment has several others and a crew that can prioritize cleaning certain units. We made it clear we were traveling from North America and would appreciate an earlier check in than 17:00. It would have been considerate to prioritize the cleaning of this unit for travelers coming from 6 and 9 time zones away arriving in Geneva in the AM. Despite asking, we never actually received the go ahead to occupy the apartment. We just went in after 17:00 after they stopped answering the phones.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969A really spacious and well resourced apartment. Balcony was just about the right size even though there was 6 grown ups in our party. La Paradis is very central, which is great for getting to the restaurants and shops of Chamanix, however, it can be a bit noisy at night. Once adjusted to that, we loved the situation. A view of Mont Blance every morning more than compensated!

Stayed Mar 14, 2022pros - Ample space for me, my wife and adult children (ages 22-27). Unbelievably good location - walking distance into town and gondola to the Brevant ski area. Included garage parking across the street was great for us. Check in was easy and management was very responsive via Whatsapp e mail and text. cons - WIFI situation was terrible and a big negative to us. Some of us needed secure wifi to work remotely while away. the wifi did not work immediately. As a solution, we were given a wifi hotspot that worked very inconsistently and was part of open network so none of it was secured. So we felt this was an unresolved but important issue that had a big impact on our stay. Seems like an easy solution going forward but if this is important to you, an inquiry is recommended. Also Apple TV was dependent on the same internet access so we were unable to watch/download movies when we had downtime to consider using it Neighboring Hotel was an awesome place for Apres Ski but loud late into the night/morning. We were too tired for the sounds to really effect us. Frankly, Having that place within walking distance outweighed the excessive noise. Could have expected more basics - paper towels, trash can liners, toilet paper, etc . . . As we learned - responsibility of tenants Aside from the WiFi issue, overall stay was great and the management was very responsive.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969It was a very enjoyable stay, this is our second year booking with Chamonix All Year. Excellent service, the staff at CAY are very responsive even to minor inquiries or concerns. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable and the location is excellent, only a few minutes walk to the slopes.
