Cocoonr offers this charming 55 m² duplex flat with sea view for rent in Bénodet, less than 100 m from the beach and with a shared swimming pool. It can accommodate up to 4 people.

Located on the 2ᵉ floor (without lift), it consists of a pretty living room of 20 m², a fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows:
First floor:
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with two single beds
- Shower room with shower, WC and washing machine

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with bath and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A shared swimming pool belonging to the residence, open from 10am to 8pm from April to the end of September (heated only from the end of May to mid-September).
- A 4 m² south-facing balcony with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny days and the sea view.

The flat is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant setting in a charming residence close to the beach (50 m). You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

The neighbouring towns, all within a 25km radius, have a rich economic and cultural history: Locronan, which has remained unchanged since the flourishing days of Brittany's textile industry; Concarneau and its 15th-century walled town, reinforced by Vauban; Pont-Aven, the city of painters where Gauguin stayed; and Le Guilvinec, France's leading small-scale fishing port.
Offshore, the Glénans archipelago, famous for its turquoise lagoon.
At the very end of the land (Pen ar bed in Breton), the Pointe du Raz, battered by westerly winds and the great swells of the open sea.

Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private, secure car park.
There is also free parking directly opposite the residence.

- Nearest train station: Quimper station 17 km away (23 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Brest Bretagne airport, around 90 km away.
- Bus: bus stop to Quimper.

    Le Nautic Lovely position with parking and beautiful gardens very quiet at the end of the season. ? Fantastic position, lovely views and balcony. ? Steep stairs inside to top bedroom and beds in twin room not suitable for adults. Not clear that we had to provide linen, which we hadn’t brought from England. Would have been nice to have the option for beds to be made up.
