Situated on the 4th floor (without elevator) to be accessed with an authentic spiral staircase, this lovely 24m² studio decorated in the Roaring Twenties style is the perfect spot to discover Lyon up to 3 persons. It is 1 minute walk to Place des Jacobins and its famous historic fountain, and only 3 minutes walk to Place Bellecour, the heart of Lyon's Presqu'île.

It comes with a lovely living room with a 160x200 double bed + a 80x200 1 person sofa bed, an HD TV and an ancient desk dedicated for work.
You will enjoy too a bright equipped kitchen.
Next to the living room, in another room, you will enjoy a modern bathroom with a large shower and toilets. Racks are also available to store your clothes and bags.

This is definitely the perfect place for a touristic or a professional stay, with everything you need to see at a walking distance.

WIFI available. Sheets and towels are included.

You will find convenience products at your disposal (pasta, rice, spice, coffee, tea...), and a Traveller's Guide containing useful information for your stay (WIFI code, notices, nice restaurants around...).

Checkin and checkout are totally easy and independant thanks to the connected lock on the apartment's door. Checkin is from 3 PM and checkout is possible till 11 AM the day you leave.

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.
